My experience was great! Tavis Campbell was a great salesman to me and my family in purchasing my first ever Truck. I'd been in the market for about 4 months, and me and my wifethat day happened to be on the internet searching truck inventory. Dublin had what we were looking for, so I sent a message regarding a model of truck and it's availability. Tavis was the representative that responded, and I'm glad he did. He was very professional, attentive, and honest with me. He made the process of purchasing a vehicle from the beginning to end as easy as I could've asked. Tavis has struck again!! My husband had been in the market for a new GMC Sierra. With interest rates going up and then the end of the year near. We started our search for the perfect deal. I was doing my research and checking inventory across the Bay Area. Dublin had a great inventory. We contacted internet sales before heading out that way. We had our eyes on 2 different trucks. That's when Tavis reached out to my husband by phone, and we got the ball rolling. He was super friendly with my 2 rambunctious kids that we dragged to the dealership with us. Professional and helpful but not pushy. Asked us questions and heard us out on what we were looking for and what we were not willing to purchase. We were able to set up a time to meet and drove out there later that day. One of the vehicles was sold by the time we got there. Eventually, we worked out a deal on the truck of my husbands dreams. I appreciated his patience and that he was respectful of our budget boundaries. Nonetheless, we left as happy new owners of a 2023 GMC Sierra Denali standard box. I purchased my 2022 GMC X31 Sierra truck from this dealership. From day one they have serviced my truck to keep it in peak operating condition. The service representative that I always go to is Jack Z. Jack is always very professional and knowledgeable about the services needed to keep the truck running great. Any questions or concerns that I have regarding my vehicle, Jack can address. Highly recommend you speak to Jake if you need your GMC serviced at the Dublin dealership.

I have been thoroughly pleased with the service I've received from Dublin GMC! My salesperson, Faisal, has been attentive to every one of my requests and has kept me updated on every step through this process. I am in the market for a GMC AT4 and was going to buy at 1500 but decided on a 2500. After talking with Mohamed and General Manager Joe Mesa, I ordered a truck hoping to get it in a couple of months (this is what I was told).Joe has been great in walking me through the process, helping me build my truck and making adjustments after the truck was ordered. I'm looking forward to purchasing a vehicle from this dealership as they are not robbing their customers with stupid markups on their vehicles. They're an honorable dealership.

*UPDATE* Ernie, their service manager called to make things right! Thanks, Ernie!Dropped my car off for an air conditioner diagnosis. This was the 3rd try after 2 other independent shops. Long story short, it was there for 6 days before they could finally give me the cause and provide an estimate. After declining the repair (not willing to sink 4k added to the 2k I've already sunk in), I picked up my car. Sadly, they didn'trefill the freon they used to diagnose the problem so that was upsetting.

*update to original post” The dealership fixed my dash and it turned out great. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the headache and time it took to get my dash repaired. If that experience was better I would give them 5 stars. They were friendly to work with and helped me find the truck I wanted.“original post” My sales experience was good. However, when I received the truck (bought out of town and had it delivered) I noticed the dash was scratched. 5 months later my dash is still not repaired and the dealership continues to give me the runaround. Very frustrating customer experience. Does not make me want to purchase from them again.

I took my truck in for auto butler, when I get there, they tell me three guys called in. I don’t believe them because I have asked other customers how much are they satisfied, they commented, not good. We know once your car is older, they cater to new car buyers. Now what about my auto butler and the 80 dollars in gas I wasted?

So, referred here by the Costco Auto Program. We were interested in a new Buick Encore. Not a large available inventory to choose from, but we were satisfied with a black 2024 Buick Encore GX. Excellent car, drives wonderfully, and fair deal. Staff throughout the buying process were great. I would recommend them and return here for my GM needs.

This review is only for the service department. I learned the Kia dealer is under the same owner and the great experience I had at Kia has now been proven when I brought in my 3500HD.The key to the service dept has been Jack Haverty. He exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond to ensure my job was properly completed. Another employee really took it home though. I came in for a replacement bolt and Jack was out for the day. This guy (I wish I could remember his name but whoever his boss is should know he is a strong asset) found the bolt I needed and installed it even though I had no appointment at that moment and he knew nothing of the background.Great experience overall....just like Kia which I cannot emphasize how well that went...go read my review on it!

Dropped off our 2022 Yukon Denali Monday, June 19th. There was a knocking noise in the motor. We were advised that we needed to wait for some sort of authorization from GMC to complete a diagnosis of the car, as they thought it could be a lifter issue in the motor, but "they were not sure". Here it is Thursday and we still do not have any update.My wife called the dealership twice, I called twice and nobody has returned our call. I was even "hung up" on by somebody in service. I even called the General Manager, Joe Mesa and left him a message. We have yet to hear anything back.I will update this message when I hear something back, however as of now into the first year of owning our Yukon Denali, that was last serviced 2 months ago by this dealership is just sitting and waiting for it to be fixed.UPDATE 06/23/2023GM Joe Mesa called me soon after I posted this. We spoke and he assured me that our Yukon would be taken care of. My wife and I went to the dealership and retrieved a rental vehicle (Acadia, cloth interior) not comparable to the Denali, but will do for now.Was told we would be contacted with the diagnosis of the vehicle early next week.Will update this review again to reflect that.Update 7/11/2023Advised that the issue for our car was a "mis-aligned" crank shaft. This subsequently wore out the bearings that caused the "knocking" in the motor. We are waiting for the part to arrive (7/12) and then installed. Not sure what other damage was caused by the bearings while loose in the motor (metal shavings?). We are hoping to get our vehicle back by end of week.
