My cats have always been healthy, so until now they only needed routine vaccinations. As they’re getting close to 10 years old, I wanted to schedule comprehensive wellness exams, including blood work and dental cleanings. I spent a long time researching different clinics, hoping to find a place I could truly trust. Now I finally feel like I can stop searching.

From our very first consultation, Dr. Lim impressed me with his patience and honesty. He walked me through every step of the exam and never recommended unnecessary tests. Instead, he clearly explained the purpose and benefits of each option, giving me plenty of time to make informed decisions without feeling rushed or pressured. After reviewing the X-rays and ultrasound, he carefully went over the findings with me and even pulled up additional reference materials online to make sure I fully understood why further evaluation might be helpful. He also offered several treatment plans with different cost considerations, including options that helped minimize expenses without compromising the quality of care my cats received. Compared with other veterinary clinics I've visited in the area, I found their fees to be very fair.

Dr. Park, who performed the dental cleanings, was just as thoughtful. Before the procedure, she took the time to address every concern I had, which made it much easier to leave my cats in her care. After taking dental X-rays under anesthesia, she called me before any extractions were performed, explained the findings, and asked for my approval before proceeding. Once everything was completed, she reviewed the X-rays with me and patiently went through each treatment that had been performed, making sure I understood exactly what was done.

What stood out most was how genuinely Dr. Lim and Dr. Park, a husband-and-wife team, cared for my cats. Throughout the entire process, I felt they treated them as if they were their own. Their expertise, kindness, and willingness to answer every question gave me complete confidence that my cats were receiving exceptional care.

Scheduling appointments was simple and convenient, and every member of the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. Finding a veterinarian you can truly trust isn’t easy. “Dr. Stepita is saving lives, one pet at a time. My dog had serious behavior issues that were so bad I did not know how we were going to fix them. He was a stray on the street who obviously went through some traumatic experiences. After 1 year of visits with Dr. Stepita, his behavior issues are well under control and my dog and our family are all much happier.

Yes, Dr. Stepita requires that you pay in advance. This is because she has a very busy practice with a waiting list. Her time and expertise as a veterinary specialist are definitely worth the cost of pre-payment. The fees she charges, in my opinion, are well worth it for peace in our household and on our dog walks.

You'll get the most from her if you show up with notes about what is going on with your pet, read the treatment plan she gives you afterwards, and work on that treatment plan every single day. We work with our dog on his issues throughout the day and he has shown great improvement. The behavior changes come about very slowly with a lot of work but they do happen.”

“5 starts for Dr Trippy because he is a great doctor. He suggested to take conservative approach with my dog's skin allergies and it worked. That saved my dog from going through the torture of meds that make him uneasy and super-thirsty.
Just that the front desk says they will submit the claims but they do not do it even after several reminders. At this point they should just say that they wont do it so people do not waste time.”
