“Had to have a wheel bearing replaced/on a holiday weekend! I can’t tell you how impressed I was and the people are awesome! Really good place to go really good value!”
“These guys saved our vacation. I got a bad fill of Def at a truck stop, and my truck was screaming about going into limp mode because of it. I swung into mt shasta on a Friday afternoon (we where headed to oregon, and they where the closest dealer in range). I had low expecations of getting anything resolved on a Friday afternoon with an unscheduled repair appointment, but the service department got my def tank drained/refilled, codes cleared and my family back on the road in less then 2 hours. We made it to our weekend getway in time to celebrate mothers day.”
“Something like 7 years ago I got a flat tire just south of Doris, on my way home with my dog to San Jose. Had to get towed all the way, because the tire sealant didnt work and I didnt have the patch kit I do now.
Closest shop was Point S. It was late in the day by the time we got there, but they fit me in and we're able to repair my tire. They also found a different smaller hole that had been a slow leak. These folks were kind and helpful on a stressful day with still a long drive ahead of me. Sitting here in Mt. Shasta, having a beer and thinking about that day.
Just want to say thank you again to the folks working there. I never forgot that day or how they helped me get home and didnt take advantage of my situation.”
“Needed some exhaust work done on my pickup, they got me in the next day! Reasonable prices and extremely helpful.Dani and Chris upfront were friendly and straight up with me. I would highly recommend them. They let me know about some other issues I had known about as well. Very knowledgeable and they did great work! Thanks to the crew there!”

“I had such a great experience. We got stranded about 8hrs before we got towed here. They were ready for us once we pulled up and got us out of there in about 20mins. Highly recommend. Some of the best customers service ive had.”
