Contacted their support line, and they further stated they could not redeliver the item for until Monday (It’s Friday).

The express driver to Meadow Valley is awesome. I was walking with my two year old grandson and the driver slowed way down, moved over, and gave a happy honk of his horn. Made points with me ( and delivers to my door with a smile)

Every time a 44 pound box of dog food comes I was instructed to call the morning of delivery to remind the delivery driver needs to bring item to the door as I can't carry it myself. This driver rides around with ear buds in oblivious to the world and doesn't bring the box to the door - even when there's a note ?

These guys are the absolute worst! Anytime I purchase something online (which is often) and FedEx is unfortunately the parcel service handling my item, it's always the same old story.."wrong address, undeliverable". Every other delivery service under the sun gets to my address no problems whatsoever, FedEx never can get it right though. It will literally ruin my day beings I'll take time off of work to be here for said delivery to end up being delayed for another day or 2. Beyond frustrating! Don't bother calling customer service either, you'll just get talked into circles by someone that literally knows no information about their company or your package being delivered. If I find out ahead of time FedEx is the shipping company being used for a prospective purchase online, I always 100% decline to do business with or make that purchase online for exactly this same ongoing problem. Unfortunately I don't get that info up front all the time or I wouldn't be continually having to deal with this issue. It's not like my address is hard to find either, intown off of a major roadway smh...

My Fed Ex delivery guy always throws or drops packages on ground. The front porch is 6 ft away.
Today the box was busted open!
I am so done with, the next time a FedEx delivers, I will be waiting for him.

Have to be some of the most laziest people. My package gets there early morning Saturday and THEY requested it to move to Monday. This is the 3rd times it’s happened with no damn reason but being lazy. Today was a birthday present so now I’m extra pissed. Filing a complaint. If a package says it’ll be delivered on a day and it’s at the delivery site, and you guys choose to deliver it Monday , it’s being called lazy. No other excuse. Even the representative is confused on to why it got moved if I didn’t do it myself. I’ll NEVER order fed ex again. This is crazy now my son has to wait longer for his birthday present that he’s already been waiting for because people don’t want to do their jobs . I’ll file complain after complain till this bullcrap gets fixed

I took the day off to get a package and the driver lied and said they attempted delivery. We have cameras, and a loud bell and I was sitting where I could see anyone come up. So apparently the driver is harry potter under their invisible cloak. This is the second time they have done this. The last time I drove 3 hours to be home for the delivery and they lied the same way. If you don't want to do your job then find a new one.

My business partner spent $37 for second day delivery with direct signature. Noted call the receiver at the gate. I waited for a whole day and checked the status online. The driver came to my gate without calling me, just left a door tag and left. I know he wants getting off. Never choose FedEx again.
