Changing a delivery to a will call was extremely easy. I live on a dirt road in the mountains and a 40' truck and trailer would not make it, so I made arrangements to pick it up. The whole interaction was very pleasant and professional.

Alberto was easily the most customer friendly fedex representative I have ever spoken with. He went out of his way to call his driver and make sure my load was picked up. He deserves a raise or a promotion.
