There is ample parking!”

I don't have much variety when I go there, but I know what products they have that I like. If my funds for shopping are low at that time, I do know that I can afford to purchase something there. I must also admit that they have household cleaning supplies, and other household necessites that are affordable there and make me so happy to be able to get them. There is only one problem that I would like to see them solve and that is to answer the phone when your customers call with a question, instead of just letting the phone continue to ring without anyone answering.”

“Wow! I didn’t expect to walk, passing by this 99 cent store. Great place for customers purchasing hardware tools toys clothes etc. They selling lotto tickets super lotto inside the machine. The merchandises selling with cheapest prices well sold. Small parking lot. Gets crowded usually weekdays such as night & weekends. Busy as usual. Sometimes not busy. Nostalgia! I would like to go shopping with expression for the first time. That’s my plan.”

But there is another lady who's extremely very rude, I don't her name, i think she is Middle Eastern or Iranian. when you ask for help from her, she says she can't help now, We need to wait because she's very, very busy. That's not a polite answer and polite customer service. She's really rude, extremely rude. And this is not the first time this has happened, it's happening all the time, has happened many many times, many years that I keep shopping at this store. If you want your customers to return to you on monthly basis. You need to have a good customer service at good customer relations with your customers, otherwise, you're gonna keep losing eighty percent of your customers.If you continue this kind of behavior. And for sure, the first one will be me.I will not go there and i'm coming to your store from Glendale, CA This is really ridiculous, your Human Resource Department should know about this, & . will call them & send them an very detailed Email ? I don't usually like to put any negative reviews, But since this has happened several times, this time, I decided to write a review. Every time I go there for shopping.
