If you have any notary business Guillermo is the staff member to go to ,he is very fast and efficient and knows what he’s looking for and that every time I have came to get something notarized, I’ve had no idea what to do for the process, but he guided me through it very easily and quickly I’ve only ever notarized things for legal reasons so I had no idea what I was doing but still was able to get all of the process done correctly and informed that all the things that I had notarized were notarized correctly, and I was able to move on with whatever proceedings I needed to do

Theres is an old lady working here. When I gave her my UPS QR code, she rudely told me that I needed to seal my own package but she said she was going to make an exception (i didnt even ask her to). She processed my return and put two pieces of tape seal my package. There were clearly still openings. I told her if she can just seal the other parts and she rudely told me no this is not a free service. Then why did you offer it? How irresponsible of her?? She told me as if “since your not paying you dont get to seal it fully”? If my package gets damaged or lost, I am going to come back to this store and demand that you cover all my costs. She shouldve just rejected me BEFORE SHE ALREADY PROCESSED MY RETURN.

Paid 107.30 for next day service by noon for a critically time sensitive delivery. Currently, it has been 3 days with no delivery.
When I called for a refund, I was told the store has to contact corporate for them to process the refund which will take at least two weeks and then corporate will mail me a check which will take even more time.
What piss poor customer service. This is my first negative experience with UPS and this policy is beyond absurd.

I hate being patronized like im some type of child. Came to return something like I've done before and this lady felt the need to try to explained everything I did wrong. Lady the box is not taped incase you need to verify the equipment. I don't care about the dollar fee just process the package. And say bye.

Not happy with Eagle Rock, CA UPS locations notary schedule or availability aside from my re-scheduled work shift only for their notify to call out. This UPS location needs to be knowledgeable of other nearby options as well. Very inconvenient UPS!
