“My experience at JC’s Auto was fantastic. They were incredibly patient and supportive of my requests. As I came on the lot Juan came out to great me in a very relaxed and welcoming manner, gave me space to inspect the vehicle. I never felt any pressure to buy at any time during my visit. I asked to have the vehicle inspected at my mechanic, without hesitation Juan’s response was “No problem!”. When I got the green light from my mechanic after the inspection, I called up and Alex was able to draw up the paperwork and send it to me within 5 minutes so that I could get my payment sorted before returning to JC’s Auto to purchase the vehicle. Once I arrived back, I was met by Juan who introduced me to Alex in person and everything was completed in less than 10 minutes.
