“I walked in on a Sunday afternoon, that's when I met Alfredo. I had a certain car in mind to get, Alfredo was showing me everything but nothing caught my eye. He kept mentioning the Altima but I wasn't really interested. As I was about to leave, he mentioned the Altima's again so why not. I got in the car, nothing too fancy but it was nice. I called my girl to talk to her about it. It was getting late and I wanted a new car lol. So I started asking questions. Then he told me the price, I said let's take a drive to the ATM. “I had a good experience taking my car over to Cerritos Toyota. Claudia was very friendly and super helpful. It felt like a pleasant personalized experience.
Only downside I’d say was in regards to the waiting area. It felt a little run down and there wasn’t enough tables to work from (one table top was not secure so you couldn’t set anything on top without it tilting a lot). Also, one of the main seating areas nearest the bathrooms smelled like bathroom cleaning supplies. It smelled very strong and I opted to sit outside.”
