Hamza helped me today with paying my bill. He was very welcoming, listened to my concerns and offered many solutions. Ten's across the board! I purchased 2 phones/service plans, from this location in East Palo Alto 1 year ago (Feb 2, 2023) along with added accessories. The representative seemed annoyed of 3 black people coming in to his store and spending hundreds of dollars, i dont look like it, but i work nearby at the tech company, been commuting for years. I was too excited to notice that I left my portable speaker after purchasing it. I got back to San Jose and attempted to call the store (my new phone wouldn't dial out unless I moved around in my residence) once I got thru, he didn't seem to care and advised me to "try to catch the manager" even with my receipt, a purchase of 2 phones/service plans AND terrible reception, the manager insisted I was lying, hung up on me and kept my money! Of course I was desperate to stop disconnection or I would not have stopped there. But the young man today was refreshing compared to the older (35-40yr old) "men" that I dealt with previously. He didn't see color, And whenever I call customer service for help (1-800) although I can barely understand a word they're saying, at least they are polite and helpful. WHEW!!! Been holding onto that for a year, definitely a learning experience, thank you for listening and have an amazing day!P.S. of course the 5-stars was for the young man that helped me today, those older guys are trash and possibly racist? Or just terrible at customer service?
