This review is for the team. I had a number of last-minute needs over a few days and went in and out of this store. Everyone I interacted with was really helpful. I even left a bag from another store at self-checkout, and when I came back two days later, they had saved it in lost and found. Thank you!

This Target has most items you would expect at their other locations. Items are moderately stocked. Selection not as great as other locations due to the small facility. I recommend raising your situational awareness while at this location. We saw random, suspicious looking people waiting at the entrance. Stay vigilant. Starbucks located at entrance for your drink needs.

A somewhat smaller Target - other users have correctly noted less selection and tigher aisles - than other new stores elsewhere in the Peninsula/South Bay, like the one a quick drive down 101/237 at North First Street in San Jose. This Target is also in the middle of a ginormous array of strip malls wedged tightly into a narrow space east of 101 (it's across from Ikea) which means lots and lots of traffic coming in and out. Still, for a quick Target run where you only need household essentials like cleaning supplies, stationery, basic kitchenware, or basic groceries, then this place serves its purpose. I was able to breeze in and out quickly via the self-checkout lines. Note that many of the pictures on this Yelp listing are generic, smarmy, contrived stock photos uploaded by Target Corporate and do not reflect this specific location. This is a violation of Yelp rules.

Came in the other day to buy a speaker. You could say I drove the rep crazy with all my questions. However, he was very patient and continued to help me until I chose a speaker. I am a very picky person and this took ages, but to my surprise he did not give up. Overall a great experience at this Target.

I had a horrible experience here last Saturday. My bf and I came to this target last Saturday 6/11 for socks and shorts. We picked up some items and set them down at the end cap of the market area before going to the restroom. After the restroom we picked up our items and looked around the mens section. I then discovered a small old navy-like dressing stall in the middle of the mens section that I could try on shorts. I turned the corner and there was an African-American gentleman standing on the other side. I pause for a second thinking he was going into the dressing room before me. He walks away then I go in. The dressing room is trashed with clothes all over the 2 hanging shelf racks with clothes and empty boxes on the floor. I was wearing a small purse that had a few items in it already and wasn't able to fit my phone. I put my phone that was in my pants pocket on top of 1 of the 2 single shelf racks. I quickly try on the shorts, left them in the dressing room, and left the dressing room within a span of 8 minutes tops. As soon as I leave the dressing room the same gentleman is standing right there! You can clearly tell he's the loss prevention guy. Why was he standing right on the outside of the dressing room?! Is he trying to see if I'm opening something trying to steal? Im wearing a super small purse. Why am I being watched? A little awkward so after I walk with my boyfriend through the baby clothes aisle to the video games. Within a span of a minute I realize I left my phone and ran back to the dressing room. My phone is gone quickly! I look all over the dressing room and my phone is gone. We try looking for the loss prevention guy since he was the only guy hanging around and he's nowhere to be found. We go back the dressing room and the door is closed but the handle is not locked so it shows it's "vacant". Since it showed vacant I tried opening the door but he was holding it closed so I couldn't open it! He screamed- "SOMEONES IN HERE!" Then after a few seconds he screams "IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR PHONE ITS UP FRONT!". I thought for a split second- why couldn't he just handed my phone back to me? Why did he have to be suspicious and do all that within a span of a few minutes? What's the reason of all this? I understand lost prevention. I worked retail at toys r us for years. BUT THERES BETTER WAYS TO HANDLE THIS! I go to a cashier and told them "I'm looking for my phone because your lost prevention guy brought it up front. They look at me shocked. Leave to the back room. SPEND A GOOD COUPLE MINUTES then a manager walks out. She asked me to unlock my phone to make sure it was mine and sign off. No explanation, no apology, nothing. I was really upset and confused but didn't say anything because in the end - I got my phone back. But overall- the whole experience was so strange and could have been handled better. Do better Palo Alto Target!

I've been meaning to write this review since the store opened. It seems to me that this store does not have support from the district.Team members aren't trained properly from team leaders to cashiers.Today was the topper when at check out a leader Reprimanded the cashier in front of everyone, that is to be done in private! Then let's talk about the empty shelves. And no carts

First and last time here. A customer asked a random person where the bathroom is by accident thinking they worked there with a Target employee feet away and the employee did NOTHING, did not acknowledge the customer or say 'oh I can help you?' luckily the person was kind enough to direct them but the employee did not even turn to look. The bathroom was interesting, i understand doing this at home but in a public restroom this seems unsanitary to leave the toilet paper on top of the toilet rather than IN the dispenser.

I came to grab a few things from Target and it usually goes well, but a lady I didn't catch her name - Caucasian, heavier set with glasses. I asked a simple question, if she could open this lock box case for something I'm purchasing. Pretty dismissive about it and did not want to deal with me, told me to "go over there" and pointed at another representative. I get that you hate your job - especially when its a store in a low-income community, obviously not everyone's going to enjoy what they do, but that doesn't mean you have to give bad customer service. All the other employees are great, they help immediately whenever I have a quick question. The time I came by, it was pretty slow, rarely any customers, so I didn't think my request was a big inconvenience.

This ghetto Target didn't have any shopping carts in the store. I had to walk back to the parking lot but curiously, both shopping cart returns had zero Target shopping carts and only Home Depot carts. I finally just grabbed a Home Depot cart. Then as I was shopping this female employee parked her large cart in the middle of the aisle while restocking odds and ends one item at a time, completely unaware and uncaring that she was in the way. She was literally parked there for minutes. Poor management! No customer service.

I didn't know there were Target stores I could hate until I visited this one. The layout is strange, there always seems to be trash on the floor, and the customer service is sad. Frankly, this store feels more like Walmart and Target's inbred love child.

I only go to this one if I really want an item and the other Targets are out. This Target has extremely lazy staff hardly any stock but one thing is they do have some items as reflected online. They have an extremely disorganized customer service staff and they are rude . Apparently exchanges are done where purchases are made . It was an adventure here for sure .

I've picked up several items from this Target but rarely walk inside. On this cold winter morning I made my way inside the store to pick up the essentials. As soon as I walked in I noticed how compressed the store aisles are. It's a small Target but well stocked. You can easily find everything you need. This was probably the fastest Target run because everything was within reach. I did self-checkout out and I was on my way. The Drive Up works fine. Rarely have issues with it. The store is very neat and clean. It's organized and has plenty of items. I didn't have much interaction with the employees so not sure how the customer service is.

Consistently the worst target I've ever been to. It's basically impossible to find an employee to help you with anything. I made a drive up order, got the notification that it was ready and about an hour later I got a notification that it was cancelled and that I was refunded through a gift card. Called customer service to see what happened but they couldn't tell me anything and said there was nothing I could do to get cash back since I used PayPal. Okay whatever. I ordered the same item again and went to the store to pick it up. While I'm sitting there waiting for my order I got a notification saying my order was picked up...nobody had given me my order so I waited 5 more minutes and it was pretty clear nobody was coming. There happened to be an employee outside fixing one of the drive up signs so I asked him if he could help me and thanks to him somebody finally came out to give me my order. When somebody finally came out they just gave me my order with a dirty look and said "here". I am usually understanding with this type of stuff because we all have our bad days but the employees here are so rude and make it obvious that they don't want to do their jobs.

This store either has their shopping carts on hike or they were kidnapped by Walmart ...they were nowhere to be found. Seen Home Depot carts trying to take on the job.
