Went there to grab some contact lens eye drops but were sold out. So I walked around looking at clothes, shoes, holiday things enjoying my time before going back to work. Stopped at Starbucks for an iced coffee. Friendly workers.

Only one register open. Returns had to wait in the line for checkouts.

The young black girl with long hair at cashier refused to check out my item and asked me to wait in line, when I am actually first in that line, then ppl started to line up after me, very frustrated

This Target location is a little subpar for me. They had quite of empty shelves, and the prices are difficult to understand because they had quite a bit of misplaced items. I also saw (what I assume is a middle schooler) open a pack of mechanical pencils, put the packaging on a candy shelf and the pencils in his pockets. I'm not really sure how to take that. Lol. there wasn't any carts or baskets at the entrance so I had to carry around a couple 2-L bottles of soda around while I try to grab some things that I needed. This is very hard to do because I'm five foot tall and my arms aren't that long. The staff were friendly, and checkout was swift. It was an okay experience.

Not up to the standards of the Target chain. The merchandise organization seemed half thought through and made finding items very difficult. There are also quite a few missing sections as this target is about half the size of a regular target. Because of this, it looks like they had to limit what they carry, but did not evenly spread out the cut. For instance, about 1/16th of the store is just baby supplies? Is that regular for other targets? Just seemed overkill in a store this small to start with. The shelves were dirty and missing stock as well unfortunately.

I enjoy this target location only because it is the closest target to where I am. When they first got here, it was great! I did not have to drive to Redwood City or all the way to Mountain View to go to target. However, for whatever reason, the area has rapidly declined. The parking lot is shared with customers for Nordstrom rack and Home Depot. While I believe, this is a great idea, more needs to be done with regards to keeping it clean. Masks lay everywhere alongside bottles and trash from the neighboring facilities. Leaving and going in, there are houseless community members who are sitting in the parking lot and at the entrance of the store. I feel for these people but they often leave remnants of their short stay where they sat or slept. If you're reading this and you see an older gentleman standing at the entrance, be mindful of giving him money. He wears a dark blue jacket, black pants and shoes, dark headgear, and a mask. I have given to him many times but I am also weary of the fact that I caught him hiding a large wad of cash while he asked for spare change. Aside from that, there are young individuals there, constantly selling candies even to the point of following people but never to their cars or into the store itself. Listen, before you judge me, know that I commend the hustle! But it is different when you're selling candy in pajamas and crocks as opposed to being in uniform and with the permission of the store to be there. It is also interesting that these individuals only setup in front of this store and not the neighboring stores like Home Depot, Nordstrom Rack, or even the fast food restaurants just across the way. Upon entering the store, there are never enough shopping carts available for use. The ones that are available are often broken and dirty. I commend Target for having employees to connect to the community. I had a difficult time finding someone to answer my question that didn't tell me that they did not speak English. And the employees I did find to help me never really know where anything is. The customer service is decent if you find it. For every time I go here, I do not go often. The convenience does not outweigh any of these issues and more. To be honest, I would much rather drive to Redwood City or Mountain View. You make your decision but I hope there are improvements made inside and outside of this store.

Target has good brands although prices are very expensive and at certain stores the bags are $.25 they should lower prices & not charge for bags.

This review is for the team. I had a number of last-minute needs over a few days and went in and out of this store. Everyone I interacted with was really helpful. I even left a bag from another store at self-checkout, and when I came back two days later, they had saved it in lost and found. Thank you!

A Target store which is slowly improving to be a full-fledged departmental store. For now, they are mostly focused on garments, beauty and cleaning products. Their key drawback is a lack of food item options. One great plus though, they house CVS and Starbucks under the same roof.
