Walked in there to open an account and the two best people have tremendously helped me so much and have earned my trust to bank with them. The two employees who helped me were Emilio A. and Guadalupe C. Amazing help! They were the first to approach me, took their time explaining and assisting me. If I can give more stars I would. My husband and I met with Emilio Arteaga from the Eastvale branch an Angel fan but we did not hold that against him. We were trying to get him to the winning side of baseball and go Dodger Blue. After all the bantering and friendly arguing it was the best bank experience I’ve ever had. Despite being an Angel fan…. Get him a raise!!!

Having someone being one hundred percent attentive to What I was looking for in a banking organization. I found him to be very knowledgeable. He made sure he was able to answer all our questions. We had Emilio A.,
He was super funny and help me open my first checking account while also poking fun at my mom due to her Steelers obsession. The whole time they went back and forth about Steelers and Packers. I swear I have never heard to people banger more then the two of them. All together he has amazing costumer service.

Wanted to give a big shout out to Emilio Artega who helped me and my brother with their loan plans and payment options. In addition, he carefully explained what payment option would entail on the long run for us. We wish we had this type of service in Chase or Bank of America. Totally recommend anyone to come in to Altura and talk to Emilio about getting any loan plans with low interest rates.

Betty from Altura CU made my day. She helped me open up my new checking out, she’s very knowledgeable and very professional. I was in and out of the bank within 30 minutes because of her. She is was customer service is all about.
