We used them on one of our listings that we had to get an AC unit checked out in order to close escrow so time was of the essence. They were very prompt with scheduling someone to get out to the house as quickly as possible. They even had an opening earlier so they were able to get us in earlier than they had originally told us. They sent us text updates on our appointments and when someone was dispatched out to the job. The technician Erik called us while he was on the job explaining the whole process. They even sent a text message when they left. We are definitely going to use them again in the future.

Second time I’ve used Atara to maintain our HVAC system and they did a great job both times. Omar was very thorough in checking and cleaning out our cooling compressor. Will definitely be doing business again with them in the future.

Omar is the best! He did it again, this time he and his crew installed two full HVAC installations in a single day -- two new central AC and Heater units in a single work shift. Atata's A/C service is excellent!! Omar and Eric have serviced four of my rental properties this summer. What impressed me most is that each time they came, they inspected the unit and fixed the problems on site with no (or very little) part to be replaced, saving me thousands of dollars. Unlike many other A/C guys who come and just in a minute, tell you that your whole unit needs to be replaced (from which they exploit your wallet). Omar and Eric always repair and fix the problems!!
Atara's Mechanical will be my one and only company to maintain and repair all my A/C units in the future!
