Dr. Michaelson has taken care of 2 of my dogs for quite some time.. I put my dog Bleu on there wellness plan at 10 weeks old and they are very thorough and always follow up with a phone call to Dr how they are doing. My lab was just neutered there and is recuperating nicely. They are very friendly and take whatever time is needed to explain what they are going to do.

I rarely write reviews for anything. However, I'm standing in line writing this because I have the time. Banfield, please train your front desk workers to process each appointment promptly. I'm standing in line (only 2 customers ahead of me) to pick up my dog for the past 15-20 minutes; however, the people in front of me were most likely waiting significantly longer to the point where they left. The woman working front desk has been chatting up this customer the entire time (with no relevance to her pet's condition or anything) just laughing and laughing and completely disregarding the customers behind her. I'm actually shocked I've been able to write this review without any interruption because they have been nonstop talking about irrelevant things. No one else has been able to help me at the front desk because of this. Completely unprofessional. I wouldn't be taking the time to write this if it wasn't absolutely ridiculous.

Almost impossible to get an appointment here because no one ever answers the phone nor do they call back when you leave a message. By comparison Banfield in Fullerton was excellent in answering calls and/or returning them. I've called and complained to the area manager and I was promised a call from the location manager (call from Taylor I believe is the person) but that never happened. I've been paying for a wellness plan but what good does it do me if I can't make an appointment. When I try to do it online I get the message "Please check back for openings or call your location directly." I've only been able to take my pet to this location 1 time in the 9 months I moved to the area. And that time I called the desk phone while I was in PetSmart only to see them ignore the phone ringing. I get it if they are busy but at least call back.

You can drop off your pet at 0700 with an appointment. Appointments a pretty easy to get within a couple of days. My other Vet has appointments month out.

They trick you into getting their service plans. Without permission they started collecting samples, so when I came in, I am forced to get the plan. Eventhough they never told me on the phone that they would be collecting fecal samples. I came in to just get the annual vaccines and I left with a $400+ bill unless I signed up for the plan. Next year, I will not be coming back when this plan is over. And if you're wondering all tests came out negative of course.

It’s a chemurn and burn vet. I never had the opportunity to meet the vet . Drop offs only. I got my 10 year old chihuahua back crying from her visit. The staff is unorganized they don’t listen and the are misleading. I’ll never go there again.

Had an appointment here for today (October 1st) and when I arrived, I found out they were closed. It was upsetting to see they were closed as no one had let me know my appointment was cancelled since my dog is due for comprehensive exam, dental cleaning, and some vaccines. Had I known they were going to cancel my appointment, I would've called other Banfields nearby to get these procedures completed.

The absolute worst location ever. Takes FOREVER to speak to someone and when you leave a message with them that states they will call you right back, THEY NEVER DO. Also, the main Vet there is an angry woman who belittles you and snaps at you when you don't pay for all the "additional" tests and labs they want to get out of you. Screw this place and the people that work there. Go to Vetco the new vet that opened up in Petco. They treat their clients right.

Everyone at this location was nice. It was our first visit with our newly adopted cat. They took the time and explained the importance of his first check up.They have currently disabled online booking for appointments but if you call in you can schedule one if an opening is available.
