I was a walk-in and the lady who checked me in was very nice, didn’t have to wait long. The dentist who took care of me did a good job and they didn’t try to take advantage of me financially.

They are all so nice to me, even though I am first there.The doctor did very great job, he really knows the accurate position where needs to take action and avoid to hurt others. SO 5 Stars.

I received unacceptable service at Bright Now -EASTVALE by Costco location. When I contacted to complain to corporate, instead of trying to assist or even discuss situation with me, instead they just terminated my plan with them. So much for customer service!

Our 1st time here and the visit was very pleasant. I have been to another dentist where it was a long visit. They did a good thorough cleaning and were very clear on their explanations of my teeth. I will be coming back for my next cleaning

Ana and Breanna are your girls! Immediately when you walk in you're greeted by Ana with a gorgeous smile and thats you realize you are in the right place to get your teeth fixed. She is the sweetest and will ensure you feel comfortable especially if you're a new comer. Breanna then pops in and you may be nervous but she calms you down and hypes you up for a new you, only with a new and improved smile. They were so attentive to my questions and concerns that I couldn't help but give them a shoutout! They knew I was super excited to get these teeth looking nice and straight! For anyone interested, I came here for smiledirect but im sure the customer service is always on point!

Met with Ana H. the SmileShop Manager for SmileDirectClub at the Bright Now & Dental Location. She was on-time, prepared for all my questions and made me comfortable during my visit. Helps to do your research first before coming it and I was ready to get all of the answers I needed before signing up on the SDC plan. Thank you Ana!

I haven't been to many dentist in my life due to them always trying to rip me off. These are not those people they made sure that they took my insurance and that the price matched what my insurance said. I don't know how some people wrote anything but 5 stars. All I have to say if you're searching for a dentist go to these people.

I went to the dentist here and he was so amazing, loved the service the staff was very friendly and respectful. He was very gentle with me I didn’t feel no pain he was patient and a good listener. Loved this dentist.
