I would leave a zero if I could. Went in for X-rays and a cleaning. After waiting over 40 minutes for X-rays I was told I needed to get my crowns replaced. Was told I would need to sign off on quote before the cleaning. I waited another 30 just to be told the had just started working on the quote. I wound up leaving without my cleaning. This was a waste of my time

If Dr. Lewin wasn’t here, it would be zero stars. I really wish he had his own practice because he is amazing.The staff has zero communication skills! You literally have to babysit them and constantly follow up because they will not do what they say they will, they will not call you when they say they will so dont expect a call back.I have called numerous times get put on hold for 30+ minutes EVERY TIME and twice was hung up on while waiting on hold and never returned the call.Would’ve commuted and wasted my time going to appt today because they have constantly failed to communicate that my case has not came from the lab. It’s been 2 weeks but they don’t care cause it’s not for them. They knew this morning but did anyone call me to tell me what is going on, Nope ! They don’t care about you or your time. There is no sense of urgency to do anything you just sit and wait.Unbelievable and I thought it couldn’t get worse than the last dentist location the dr was at but I was wrong.If you have time to waste, this is the place for you.

Took my daughter in for a check up and we where there 3 hours they did treatment on her n my daughter came out saying they where very ruff and they gutted her a lot. The personal didn’t explain to her what was being done. Other then that staff upfront very professional n polite

I was treated very nicely at the bright now dental. The staff are very nice and warm and funny. Had a fun time being there as well as I had to get my teeth done. Try to remain calm because I’m getting my teeth done but anyway. The atmosphere was very nice. And the dentist Dr., especially was funny and the staff is funny too as well warm and friendly. I like that I think everyone should come to Bright Now Dental at Eastvale Corona for your check up for dental care.

Make an appointment and show up 15 minutes early only to wait for an hour and 20 minutes to receive any treatment. They take the time, they don't really care about you. Not the type of care you want. They will do or say anything to get more money out of you whether or not your insurance will cover it, strongly recommend searching somewhere else.

Met with Dental Hygienist, Carolina Valencia for my teeth whitening appointment. She was very kind, informative and overall awesome at what she does. After my teeth whitening, I began getting many compliments on my teeth- my general dentist even complimented how white my teeth looked afterwards. She even went above and beyond to genuinely recommend affordable products that actually work to maintain the whitening. My Husband also had the same appointment and was 100% satisfied with the procedure. Although this procedure is a little uncomfortable, both of us are looking forward to our next whitening appointment. Thank you Carolina!

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE PLACE!!! Take your money & time elsewhere. For starters the pricing is INSANE for the low quality service they do. If you come here be prepared to not be seen until about 1-2 hours after your appointment time. I scheduled an appointment specifically for a filling in my two front teeth & when I get here they had me scheduled for a cleaning so after waiting forever and taken back to a room I get sent back out to schedule an appointment for a different day. It's also not the first time something like this happens with them. I got seen by Dr. Pleasant and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. My partner and I will be taking our business somewhere else. DONT COME HERE.

The longest wait ever even thought I had appointment. Waited more than one hour after my appointment time. When I ask them what’s taking so long didn’t even care at all. I got up and left literally five minutes from this boring place to the nicer area which is Gateway Dental Group—trust me they will be happy to serve you there.NO excitement whatsoever from The front desk teams. They are rude !! I wouldn’t not advise anyone to visit this place. Im gave them one start because they actually showed up to work.
