I've been a Costco Executive member since 2010. Their product selection and prices have always met my expectations. Customer Service has always been impeccable, until today. As I waited in the checkout line, I observed the clerk (Juliana T) carry on a conversation with a customer she had finished with. She continued her conversation while checking out the next customer without even acknowledging her with a hello or thank you. This conversation continued until she requested my membership card. At this point, I pointed out that I had two orders that I wanted separate receipts for; one receipt for four clothing items and one receipt for the remaining basket. She said okay. After she rang up the clothes, she subtotaled the invoice and continued scanning. I told her I specifically requested two separate receipts. She said they are required to put everything on one receipt. I asked if this is a new policy and she said "No, it's always been our policy but we never followed it and now store management is making them follow the policy. I replied maybe it's time for me to consider shopping at Sam's Club. Her reply is what triggered this review, "That's okay, we own stock in that company too." Way to go Juliana T., I hope this review helps you make Employee of the Month. On the way out, I stopped by Customer Service and requested a supervisor. I'm sorry I did not get his name. I asked him if they allow customers to break their orders into two separate orders. He said, "Of course". I asked to confirm their policy does not require cashiers to ring up an entire order on one receipt. He said, "No, that is not our policy". I explained what had just transpired with Juliana T. He apologized for the inconvenience and offered to void the transaction and re-bill it as I had requested. I sincerely thanked him but declined. He said he would review the policy with Juliana T. I don't make this request often but if it does happen again, I will immediately request a supervisor before walking away from the transaction altogether. Employees like Juliana T. drives customers to competitors. Sam's Club is only a mile down the street.

Such a bummer. We got a flat tire and are family is an hour away from home and they would not help us. They turned us away. :( Thankfully Pep Boys came thru!!

In recent times, I have found that they have piled goods on all the aisles, which seriously affects the smoothness of the aisles and the shopping experience.

The Costco experience? What can you say, you go in to buy one thing and BOOM, you have two carts and a flatbed filled up. You can't realy afford NOT to buy anything there, but the good thing is whatever you buy you won't need again for 6 months. It's kinda like " It hurts so good I love it!"

Worst experience! Got a jacket that was $34.99 and when paying they charged it for $44.99 I specifically told the cashier that the sign said $34.99 and all they said was “oh well someone probably put it there” I guess someone put 20+ jackets there. didn’t even believe it after I send my daughter to take a picture of the price

HUGE SHOUTOUT TO MANNY AND MARK IN THE TIRE SHOP! I was having the worst day ever and then my valve stem broke on my front passenger tire. They were able to squeeze me in help me get it fixed so fast! This is the best place ever and I wouldn't go any place else because the service is top notch !!! Thanks again manny and mark !

This Costco is always clean. Staff are friendly. The only complaint I have is that they changed their Costco hotdogs to sesame seed buns and it doesn't taste good anymore. Please change it back. So three stars for that. 5 stars for the staff.

Got to line up to the self check out counter and this guy, I asked if he could just scan one heavy item on the lower portion of my cart. I asked him because I don't want to bend down over and the fact he had that "scan gun" in his hand and that the baggage area is almost filled up mostly with food items. Well this guy with a sarcastic smile did went to our cart, picked up the gallon of liquid laundry soap, scanned the item on the counter and placed it next to the raw meat. Wow, talk about customer service

I tried the optical center today. I was very pleasantly surprised to find I could get a pair of glasses and sunglasses for 1/2 of what my optometrist wanted to charge me for glasses only. The person that waited on me was very pleasant and informative. Her customer service was excellent. I found that Costco had a wide variety of frames.

Love the people who work here.... and that's the sole reason for my rating. Nice lot, tons of parking, always clean, and i love their chicken tenders and top sirloin cuts. I wish I had a super long review, but as with any business, the people make the company. The customers will always be that.... they park their cart wherever they please, walk in front ot others without looking, and have zero overall awareness. It's like driving for some of these customers. They shouldn't have a driver's license and they shouldn't have a Costco card. An occasional shopping collision happens, but no groceries were hurt thank goodness.

The young lady at Pharmacy doesn't listen. Brunette long hair Sept 21 10am. I told her Claritin D. She grabbed the Kirkland brand. I wasn't looking and they staple the brown bag with the receipt. Look before they place it in the brown bag. I never said Kirkland Claritin D. ?♀️. Now I need to go back to a different costco because I seldom go to the hamner location. By the way, if you have T mobil service and try to get costco wifi. It's challenging sometimes.

Recently have one of my tire repaired at this location and the technician damaged my rim during the process. He denied wrong doing and I filed a claim with Costco. But this is where the hell begins. Not too long after I received a voice message from Gallagher Bassett which apparently takes care of Costco Claims. I thought I can settle and move on. Wrong...I've been calling and leaving messages daily but the person who handles my claim never call back. This company located in Saint Charles, MO. There is two hours time difference. Fine, I make sure to call during office hours but nope..voice mail is all I reached every time I called.I'm totally disappointed at how Costco handles this situation. Definitely gave me a clear view of how their upper division handle customer services.

Worst customer service ever ?. Employees and managers are rude and don't know how to deal with people. I suggest they take a course in customer service first, then work with such a great business called Costco!!

I do not recommend to shop at this store. They have horrible customer service. They do not know how to speak to people and need training on their customer skills. I bought ribs from this store and when I got home and opened package ribs they were slimy and smelt foul. I sent my son back a couple hours and me do me a favor and he spoke to a woman who said she couldn’t do return and I had to go back and do it myself. I went today and was told by Crystal that they needed to review information and when done shopping they would let me know the outcome. Nothing was figured out and I just got a phone call from a rude refund manager named Donnie. Donnie was calling with no details of situation. He called my son a liar and told me it’s illegal for my son to take in my card. This call was very inappropriate and unprofessional. I will not be going to this store again or buying rotten meat. My health and safety of food consumption was at hand and this store should be more considerate of the people shopping and proper customer service. My Costco card is getting cut in half and canceling membership!!

Great warehouse in a brand new building
