I had a fantastic experience at CPR Cell Phone Repair today! I had a small wood chip stuck in my iPhone 13 charging port that I’d been trying to get out myself for days. I honestly thought I was going to be stuck using wireless charging forever.
I went in to see if they could help, and the gentleman working was incredibly kind. He took the phone to the back and returned literally 30 seconds later with the wood chip removed! When I asked what I owed him, he told me it was a courtesy. I can’t believe such amazing, honest service still exists nowadays. They solved a huge inconvenience for me in seconds. Highly recommend CPR for their integrity and speed!

I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I received. I filed a claim through Assurant, paid the deductible, and took my phone to the store for repair. After the repair, I noticed that the screen is defective, an entire section of the display does not respond.
I returned to the store (which is quite far from my home) and asked for the screen to be replaced. At first, they told me there was nothing wrong with it. I tested the phone there, and the representative suggested it might be an app issue and advised me to update the phone. I then clearly demonstrated that the screen was defective. Once they acknowledged the problem, I was told I would need to file a new claim and pay the deductible again.
They also told me that replacing the screen would take five days and that I would have to leave my phone with them, which is not a viable option for me. I later contacted Assurant, and they confirmed that the repair is covered by a one-year warranty and that the store is responsible for honoring it.
I need a proper solution. It’s unacceptable for a defective screen to be installed and for the customer to be asked to pay again because the store does not want to correct its own mistake.

I brought my phone here about three times not at the actual form, but other phones and they always been really helpful and straightforward… and the prices are fair and they never take advantage. My experience before elsewhere has been bad but this place is good thanks.

Had a great experience here when I needed help with a stripped screw in my laptop. Patrick also helped me take off my baseplate and screw it back on after I had to change out the RAM.

Hands down one of the painless experiences i've had. I had the issue if poor connection to charging chords I was told they'd clean it and thought it would take 30 minutes nope, 5 minutes I was out the door with a phone that charges like its new.
