It's always busy and they take forever. They took 40min to fill a 4m9nth prescription which is just a completely filled bottle. It doesn't take 30 min to count 90 pills. Terrible service. would not reccomend

I don't even know where to start...literally in tears over a 2 minute conversation. I called this location twice. Once around 530 and then again at 6 o'clock. 25 minute wait each time and the employee I spoke to was extremely rude. I was trying to transfer a prescription to another CVS that's open later and had to call in instead of completing the transfer online since I didn't have the RX number. She acted like I was inconveniencing her. She huffed and puffed through the whole conversation and was extremely snappy. What really upset me is this prescription is for my child....she has absolutely no idea what the customers calling that pharmacy might potentially be going through medically and her lack of kindness or just at bare minimum being polite could really bring down an already bad day. Being busy is not an excuse. The 25 minute wait each time was not a problem. Because of this employee I'm going to change the pharmacy I go to.

this is bad and insult,rude racist pharmacist. Because I go there pick up my medicine , they want let me talk my doctor ,they speak loudly, I felt so bad , I think everyone pickup medicine know I am what kind problem. They exploded my privacy! Now I need the attorney help. I hope all of staff need learning responses and laws.

The worst experience was in this pharmacy, the staff in this pharmacy are rude, impolite and discriminatory. If you don't want to be upset when you are sick, please stay away from here.

I love this Staff and the Quality of their Service so much! Andrew, Robbie, Danielle, and Dulce all greet me by name and make each transaction especially warm, helpful, and conversationally memorable. The Displays are always intelligently set up for me to get excited about the Holidays and all the fun ways I can decorate my Home and Nails with the Seasonally Chic and Uplifting Designs, and I like to Fuel up my Snack Arsenal with their Bougie Selection too! They have delicious Mexican Style Mini Fruit Bars to make my House feel less hellishly Asian Dictator Controlling and more Fiesta Fun Happy and Relaxing, much like a Sweet and Playfully Charming Novela Heroine Roommate ;0)Recently my Hair color has been washing out easily and I was able to find a really good Loreal Paris temporary Burgundy Dye Mask that makes Me feel Extra Confident and Sexy without over chemically torturing my hair too! The price is so awesomely affordable at only fourteen dollars and Denesse was such a great Cashier too. Denesse and Josh both have such a positive and responsible Professional Poise about them that stands out as great Example of Focused and Mature High Caring Excellence! They always go out of their way to assist me with what I'm looking for in a genuinely helpful way and make me feel like a valued priority in their Hustle which saves me so much time and energy.Keep up the Great Work and thanks for hiring the right Personalities that make this Store such a friendly and safe feeling Environment!

My husband needed his prescription filled for a heart medication and I tried to explain them the urgency of it being that the hospital forgot to send that in and I was very concerned about the delay. I understand that they can be very busy at times but i was informed, very rudely, that it would not be possible to prioritize him and that he would have to wait! Well, I hope they stay healthy and don't need to experience the same customer service when their time comes to depend on such service.

Would not recommend developing or printing photos here I went there to use the photo booth that they have to develop pictures and I was just developing one picture this inconsiderate 400 pound woman took her time I was waiting there 40 minutes I was walking around the store came back she still using it so I just stand there and she starts mumbling obscenities under her breath to me I had my three year old son with me and then she said it louder trying to get me to interact with her get into an altercation I'm not about to fight inside a store or especially in front of my son.I was just developing one picture the managers and employees did nothing about it.Dip shittery at its best

Everyone is friendly and I especially like the pharmacist David because he makes it so easy to be comfortable with to ask questions and get advice about my meds. He takes time to answer any questions. Kindness always goes a long way.

The absolute worst location. Not once have I had a simple transaction to pick up my prescriptions here. They never answer their phones. When you go in store to check on a prescription they always say something is wrong and they need more information and they are waiting on a call back and this and that. Most recently, this has happened twice with my diabetes that can't sit around and wait. I need insulin. Friday I am hounded to start my insulin and to pick it up at the pharmacy. They give me a round about answer on why it's not ready and to wait for a text message. I hear nothing from them besides a generic "we're placing a special order for you, we'll let you know when it's ready" text and I've received this message 3 times with no confirmation it's ready. When I finally go there to check on it again I'm being told "yeah we're out of stock".... Okay well what's your solution for me?! There's no sense of caring or customer service with them. Then she tells me we'll have it tomorrow after 3 you can come by anytime then. At this point it's been 3 days. I tell her is there anywhere I can go pick it up from because I haven't been able to take it since prescribed (I'm also pregnant). She looks at me with a condescending tone asks "you're completely out??". I haven't even been able to start... she just says well you can come tomorrow after 3, we'll have it. We come back at 7pm the next day and now we're told they won't have it until 5pm the next day. Ridiculous. Never giving them business again nor recommending this place.

The wait time is horrible. I been there 3 times and I just can't do a fourth time. Target shoppers get confused with the people thinking they are shopping when in fact they are in line waiting. Another horrible experience is the wait time on the phone. Something needs to be done because this is ridiculous.
