I would give them zero stars but i wanted other's to beware.We reserved a mid size suv for 4 30 pm pickup 5 mins from home. As we arrived within 5 mins of pick up time, we see an associate, Myles, assisting a couple w a mid size suv. The manager, Janett, had rented our vehicle out to another family who had an accident (something we figured out on our own talking to Myles). So to provide the other couple with better customer service, she passed their inconvenience on to us!!She could tell we were displeased because they had no other vehicles and blamed us for not answering a phone call even though we never canceled our reservation. For us to get what we needed, we would had to travel in rush hour traffic to a different location, back to the first site and then home. AGAIN, she passed the buck to Myles. At this location, we were provided we a Mazda C-30 (Extra small suv according to Edmunds) which ended up being the SMALLER in size than our mid size vehicles at home. Janett offered no apology, discount or upgrade for the poor management of assets, decision making and customer service.Save yourself the headache and just go to the one on Holt in Ontario where the customer service is ALWAYS A+ and they'll upgraded you rather than upcharge you. Extremely disappointed ?

Great friendly service staffs! I got very nice clean car. The manager in Eastvale branch, her name is Janet, very responsive, and help me every step of the way. Love the location, will recommend for everyone if you need a car. Go to the Eastvale Enterprise location.

I was supposed to get an SUV, but due to a "sudden recall" I ended up with a VW Passat. When I turned the car in, the clerk had the car that I was supposed to get, saying that's the car Enterprise allows them to take home. I don't care for vehicles that are low to the ground. Not happy with Enterprise ?

Nightmare to deal with. I got my first rental in January when I was getting my car worked on next door at classic collision. Arika was great, rental was great, no issues. My car broke down again due to bad mechanics at CC in February and I was offered a "free rental" from enterprise for the inconvenience. I put my card for a deposit, used the car, returned it and thought it was done. A month later (March) I looked at my card statement and I see a charge a little bit over $700. So I call Arika and explain what happened and she was going to call corporate as they accidentally billed me and not the repair shop. That call never came. I called my credit company to dispute and submitted contract that stated CC was paying for it and they reversed it within a few days. So April's statement comes around and guess what is back on my card? I again call Arika who is now at a different location and I have to start dealing with Eric. Now he's super nice about it, he knows about last times shenanigans and tell me he will get with his supervisor to look into it. A few days go by, I'm blowing Eric up. He's being very apologetic about it. But still no resolution. I finally feel bad for calling him and end up calling my bank again and explaining we had already disputed and reversed the charge. I ended up getting my money back after going through it twice. No ONE ever called me to follow up or explain what happened. Please beware and if you use them, put a card with your lowest credit limit to save yourself from this headache!

Great Enterprise Branch very small understaffed but the ladies over there they do wonders .. they were willing to take all necessary steps and more to match me with my request .. yet they had a better suggestion and it was a better cheaper car .. smooth pickup and easy drop off .. highly recommended!

If I could leave Zero stars I would. I have been using enterprise for years since as early as 2015 while in my military service and never experienced issues like this. To start the vehicle had damages ( beyond little bangs and dings on the outside of the car the screen and some buttons inside the vehicle did not work) when I contacted them to report them I was told the vehicle would be replaced the next business day. Nothing happened no call and my voicemail was never responded to. After that when I called back in a couple days later to report the same damages the lady told me that they had just got the vehicle out the shop because of other damages ? ( so no one really serviced or checked the vehicle before they gave it to me to know it still wasn't in the best condition?) I spoke with a female clerk on a Friday and I spoke to them about the vehicle being picked up and they said that they would. NOONE CAME TO PICK IT UP AND I WAS STILL CHARGED OVER THE WEEKEND ! Monday around 3 pm I get a call the the vehicle has an outstanding balance and it would be reported if it didn't get brought back. I mentioned to the clerk that she herself or another female worker agreed to picking up the vehicle and long story short she wanted to yell and argue me down about it. She told me I was lying and those weren't the policies. Even though I have had the service of picking up the vehicle before I asked then why would she or her peer say that it would be picked up ? The clerk I believe her name is Janet then proceeds to argue , after everything dies down she says she'll come get the vehicle Tuesday morning at 8 am and she sends an updated pickup email ( see attached) . Comes Tuesday morning at 8am the vehicle was in a spot available for them to pick up the vehicle at around 11am/12pm I noticed the vehicle hadn't been picked up so AGAIN I called and Janet (says she's work there 3 years and she was the manager or something but I'm pretty sure that's her name) says to me she never said she was coming to get the car and she never sent out a date pickup ?! She then says she has been sick and out the office and I wasn't who spoke with then she says I been trying to work with you and you been giving me difficult time . So have you been out the office ? Or NOT? you state you're short staffed and you're the only one in the office but yet I haven't been working with you? She then tells me 2 other Male names and states that they've been in the office , SO MUCH DAMN CONFUSION& LACK OF PROPER COMMUNICATION ! WHY IS THIS SO DISORGANIZED & IF YOU WEREN'T IN THE OFFICE HOW WERE YOU ALSO THE ONLY ONE IN THE OFFICE AND THATS THE REASON THE VEHICLE COULDN'T BE PICKED UP? THIS IS ALL PROLONGED , CONSTANT LIES AND CHANGES , BUT I KEPT EVERYTHING & RECORDED EVERY CALL ! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST STAFF DISRESPECTFUL , AND MADE THIS RENTAL EXPERIENCE ONE OF THE MOST EXHAUSTING. I WILL NOT BE RENTING WITH ENTERPRISE AGAIN. AND THE ADDED AND HIDDEN FEES THEY ATTACHED MY GOD ! Please spare yourself the headache you'd be better off walking or getting a bike . Side Bar: I END UP HAVING TO CALL THE 855 number at the main customer service port to get assistance and have another location get the vehicle and report everything the proper way ! They were more respectful and did their part to assist the best way they could.

This is my go to spot going forward. I was mistreated by the Norco location. The females at this location made me feel warm and appreciated. I was able to get in and out with my rentals. Even when I had to bring a car back that was sold, the swap was too easy.

I have used this enterprise at least 5 times. I love them because they always find a way to get me into the car that I need. I’ve even come when all of the systems were down and Janet still got me a vehicle within minutes of my arrival. I give them a 10/10 highly recommend.

They're always understaffed which is not a complaint because whoever is working always has the best customer service. I just feel bad for them always being shortstaffed

No credibility, you can't trust them!!!I booked a car on their mobile app a week ahead of my planned travel date. But the day before the scheduled date, they told me their car would be 3.5 hours late. I think it's okay, 3.5 hours is not a big problem. But when the time was only 3 hours earlier the scheduled time, they told me that there wasn't any car availiable for me. Are you kidding me?!!!! How can I handle my plan? Who is in charge for my booked hotel?

Erika and Eric are amazing people! They helped me a lot with my rental car and made me feel super comfortable if I had any questions or concerns. I definitely recommend this place!!!
