Apparently there are box size limitations for FedEx packages at this location. Too bad that info isn’t mentioned anywhere so people with larger items don’t go through the trouble of unloading from their car
just to be told they don’t accept it.

I needed to send in my trade in phone for a discount for my new phone. The internet stated UPS could take it. I called 2 and no one was helpful. The FedEx drop was just across the street from Eastvale UPS Store at Walgreens Pharmacy.

Do NOT go to this location for passport photo service. I took my preprinted packet and documents in to the location at the direction of my passport servicer (recommended location). What should have taken five minutes for a photo and to ship the packet turned into over an hour. First they said they don’t have FedEx envelops, really? So I had to buy an envelope. Then they said they don’t have packing tape to tape the preprinted label on and offered scotch tape, really, for a passport, passport card, $250 check, and documents with my SSN? No way! I had to go and buy packing tape to adhere the label. Then I was told ten minutes for the photo….nearly an hour later, I am still waiting. Then when my photos were done, they sealed them up even though my application was right there, rude. I opened them up and asked for a stapler to attach my photos and they said they don’t have a stapler for customers to use, seriously? Two staples? Only one employee seems to know what she is doing, everyone else is just standing around and watching. Total incompetence!

Being polite goes a long way. Do not waste your time trying to drop off a FedEx package at this location as you will be greeted with a rude remark that they simply do not tape labels on drop off packages. It is not about ‘not being able to tape a label on the package’, it is about the staff (in this case, Diana) rudely telling you they do not tape it. It takes no less effort in being polite than being rude to a customer that has asked a simple question.

All the other reviews are right. The WALGREENS worker is rude and they aren’t helpful at all. They just want to push you out the door somewhere else.Ps. They don’t accept packages after 7:30pm the Walgreens worker said (it’s not even a FedEx worker). They are supposed to accept packages until 10pm per this page, not 7:30 pm.

Not a real Fedex location. Doesn't have any service, a unmanned drop box will provide similar service.
