“My sister has been coming to this gym for some time now and has been asking to come try it out. Trying out a new gym can be intimidating but not this gym. I finally built up the courage to try it with my sisters on their family appreciation day. I must say it was not intimidating at all. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The coach was motivating and not overbearing. The workout was challenging but I was able to do some modifications due to my past knee injury and was not given a hard time why I had to do modifications. All the members were all cheerleaders to each other and pushing them to keep going.”
