“I was involved in an accident yesterday 7/21 at around 4pm. I called my insurance to report the accident. I was hit by a motorist who ran a red light. Christine Chia helped me and since it was already closing time and everyone was going home, she happened to notice that I called 3x and sensed the urgency. She took my info and asked me to call the next day. Prior to talking to her, I called the number listed on listed on my Allstate Policy. I was told multiple times to call the 800 number to file for a claim. It was difficult to get a hold of anybody. So, I waited the next day to call Christine. Upon calling, the agent who answered told me to call claims and then I asked for Christine. I was told she is on the other line and will call me back. She called and took all the info and step by step she helped and gave me all the info and instructions in how to get my car to the repair shop and how to get a rental car. I”

Brian took excellent care of me today, renewing my vehicle registration and handed me my new sticker for my license plate. Another thing I noticed is the entire staff are totally engaged with each member they are helping, no distractions, which is amazing now a days. “My grandson and I needed a dental insurance. I’ve never used an Insurance Broker before. Good & Associates, Insurance Brokers We’re an online recommendation. I called and spoke with Justina. She was absolutely incredible! She gave me all the time I needed over multiple telephone conversations. She seemed very engaged in finding out exactly what I needed in finding the perfect company for me and my grandson bread turns hard if you microwave it too long so maybe maybe start with 15 seconds you’re doing a whole bagel or half start with 20 seconds and test it before you dop. She did the research on what our dental issues were to provide us with the best Plan to cover their costs. I could absolutely not recommend anyone any any higher than I do Justina at Good & Associates, Insurance Brokers.
