Service was pleasant, but unfortunately, the coffee/tea area was not well maintained - it looked like no one had cleaned it all day, and it was mid-afternoon. The water was lukewarm, and their self-serve drinks area was also not being stocked regularly. It was disappointing and not a place I'd want to bring friends to again.

Do not sit in lobby unless you want to hear higher up gossiping about their employees. The atmosphere created by the managers here is awful. I was waiting for my food and overheard a manager speaking bad about his peers. Other than the horrible atmosphere the food was great per usual and the ladies up front were great. I truly hope this location gets better managers. Poor employees look overwhelmed and do not need managers talking poorly about them.. especially in front of guests.

My recent experience at Panera in Rialto, CA left much to be desired, particularly due to the interaction with Joyce, the supervisor on duty. I want to emphasize that my review is not a reflection of the commendable service provided by the other employees at this location, who were polite and helpful throughout.Upon inquiring about the status of the Wi-Fi, one of the employees informed me that it might be affected by ongoing issues with the system. She kindly offered to check with the supervisor, Joyce, who was nearby. Unfortunately, Joyce seemed disinterested, barely acknowledging the employee's inquiry, let alone making eye contact with me as a customer. Her response, a curt "I do not know," lacked any semblance of concern.Despite the employee's efforts to follow up, Joyce remained indifferent, casually pulling out her phone to check it while dismissively responding, "I guess not." This brief encounter left me feeling unimportant and disregarded as a customer, with Joyce's attitude reflecting a glaring lack of professionalism and customer care.I want to express my gratitude to the employee who handled the situation with diligence and courtesy. It's evident that not all supervisors possess the necessary skills to fulfill their roles effectively, and Joyce's behavior serves as a prime example of this deficiency.

Testing the unlimited sips. Very few options. Tip or you will not receive good service. At this location you have to wait until someone pays attention to you to ask for nondairy creamer. Other stores have three pitchers out with coffee creamer. Really annoying having to ask every time.

Nice place, although I prefer an in-person cashier over a kiosk. Low wait times and plenty of parking and seating. Clean in dining area, restrooms could be cleaner.

The Manager Eddie is awesome. He is very friendly and the crew is just as friendly. I love Panera and the food is Great. I love their Sip Club and it's worth the $12 a month for unlimited drinks. So far in 2 weeks I have redeemed over $150 in free drinks I know because they send you an email letting you know. It's a really great deal. I love the atmosphere there and I enjoy getting some work done while grabbing a bite to eat and they offer free Wifi which is very convenient. I love everything about Panera and I will be long life customer.Vegetarian options: Not sureDietary restrictions: The food here seems extremely healthyParking: Plenty of parking

The last 3 times I’ve door dashed here (between Dec. 5th and today) I didn’t receive a baguette with my order. I drove to pick one up after my last order and I was told they were “out.” No compensation.

I Love This Place! Simply because of the warm atmosphere.. I've enjoyed my morning cup of coffee, while using the free internet to reply to some early morning e-mails.
