This facility is close to my home with assessable Handicap parking right out front!
The Quest app provided the necessary instructions prior to entering the building and the wait time was minimal before a nurse came out to guide me to my medical test room. Procedure was quick and over within 15-minutes!
Highly recommend this facility for your medical test needs.

I was a little taken a back by the lack of human touch during the check-in process. While I appreciate the Technology at times Technology cannot answer everything. Example: I had a 3:20pm Apt. I got in an hour early and there was no way of knowing if I can be seen earlier. I sat wondering if I was going to have to wait an hour before being seen despite nobody in the room.
I was thankful that indeed someone came to get me before my appointment.

I’m a very difficult person to draw blood from but my lab technician done a good job.
I explained to her that it maybe tough to get blood. She heat packed my arm and found the right place.

The technician told me I didn't have insurance, but I gave her my insurance I have use there 30 other times before, it took the knowledge of another older technician to solve the problem.

Heard many people that you have to wait even if you have an appointment. Luckily for me, no wait at all, in and out within 10 mins of my blood test and urine test! super quick. My appointment time was 9:40a, arrived and checked at 9:30a, got in at 9:35a.

Greeted well when entering the lab by phlebotomist Stephanie at Quest Diagnostics 6102 Orbis Way, Eastvale, CA whom I found to be very polite and kind. Understood what is required and took the correct actions to get things done. Very gently in drawing the blood and taking care of the paperwork with such efficiency. You have good people. Others at this location whom I found equally caring are Michael, Andea, Mitchell. Keep it up

I prefer this location near my place of employment to the one around the corner from my house for two reasons: 1) they are quick, responsive, and polite; 2) the techs are friendly and accurate (no poking around).
