For lunch i quickly had to get myself something to munch on,let’s just say first & the last time i will ever purchase any “ wraps” from sprouts. I am very disappointed.I purchased the buffalo chicken wrap.Absolutely disgusting.Chicken looked like if i were to have ate dead flesh.I only ate half of the wrap,I then felt extremely disappointed that i had to call and find out if i can get a refund.I know right,?6$ for a refund sounds a bit insane yet i couldn’t bare my tastebuds and my horrifying experience i had encountered.Sprouts, DO better! After work, i drove to sprouts and i demanded a refund ,I asked for management as SHE could have rang me up and handled that refund for me yet she didn’t.Poor and sad customer service! As if i wasn’t already disappointed from earlier my lunch.I didn’t get managements badge on dutyyet if i’m being realistic SHE knows who she is.negative- below ZERO STARS!

Good for a select few things, the majority is 2-3x the price of any other grocery store.

This is one of the best Sprouts in the area. Not saying the other Sprouts are not good, I am just highlighting that this Sprouts is exceptional. Doesn't matter what city or state I am in, I find myself comparing that Sprouts to this one. I have read a lot of the negative comments down below. And I can understand some of the frustration, and at the same time, I wonder what they are comparing the service to. I have had my fare share of frustrations and shared them with management - and they are always- and I mean ALWAYS eager to fix it. Faye, Walter, Danielle, and the rest of the managers do whatever it takes to fix the problem. I wonder if these people who are complaining actually went to speak to management. Instead of spewing hate online, try and solve the problem by speaking to the manager. I have had team members go out of there way to make our day. When a certain meat ball product was discontinued, Manny and Andrew in the meat department went out of their way to make meatballs for us. When I asked about a flavor that wasn't carried there, Austin, custom ordered it for me. Pia, Katie, Jayme, Tylyne, and Dawn are wonderful at check-out. Diane makes sure my littles gets free samples. Blanca, Natalia, and Sam are the go to in supplements. Just to mention a few others Joseph, Tim, Genna, LaTonya, Jordyn, Mia, Jayland, Steven, and Antonio. - This place could literally be your Family's Famers' Market/ Grocery Store if you wanted it to be. The store is clean, stocked, and open. The variety of food is great and mostly clean or semi- clean.,

Popped in this morning to grab a handful of goods for the week; selection was great per usual, got some nice snacks and dinner items for the wife and I. One thing I did notice however is that I often times more than not see familiar faces in different areas of the store. Getting hired on somewhere should allow the individual to thrive in their area of expertise but it seems as though these young men and women get pulled from their departments; I can only hope the managers recognize their efforts and compensate them fairly for all they do on top of there original duties.

Update:The girl they had the other day at the deli was so incredibly slow that there was a line built up. The people behind us got so fed up and left, likely because their lunch break was ending soon. Don't come if you value your time off! Also my order slip clearly had onion marked on it but she didn't put any. I understand the plight of being new (no clue how long she had been working there) but DAMN, who released this girl from training? Seems the supervisors don't care about the customer's time. Original review:This review is specifically for their deli. They do have decent sandwiches. Skip their chicken salad though, it was mostly celery and carrots. Their roast beef looked good, will give them another try but they were out of the artisan roll.

I love sprouts, but have a difficult time loving the deli. Apart from the fact that their service is extremely slow, they're inconsistent with their product. Last week I ordered a caprese style sandwich and loved it, but today their sandwich was completely not worth the price. I ordered a caprese sandwich and it only had 1 slice of cheese and 2 slices of tomatoes on a huge piece of bread. The only thing I ordered was cheese and tomato, and they couldn't have given me a few more slices? I can't give it back to them becuse if I asked them to re-do my sandwich i would take 1/2 a day. The service is unbelievably slow. It takes nearly 20-30 minutes for a sandwich, and the pace is the same even if you order in advance. Here's my recommendation: call 40 minutes in advanced, and detail every single step down to the precise number of cheese slices, and maybe even the ounces of dressing you'd like, otherwise you'll be left with a disappointing and frustrating lunch.

Most reliable place to buy organic potatoes and organic Kefir. Also their organic tomatoes are sweeter and tastier than that of other supermarkets. Their beef is overpriced.

Compared to the Chino, Upland, (2 stores) and La Verne stores, this is my least favorite. The employees are smarmy and the music was so loud I couldn't think. When I asked for it to be turned down, I was lied to and told they couldn't because "corporate won't let them". Then I read responses and replies from "the owner". So, now I assume they are all frachises because the other stores don't blast music. They're inconsiderate of their customers, some who come in with infants in tow and of seniors. I spend a lot of money at the other stores, I'll never spend another dime in this one.
