So I finally received notification from my to returns that they have not been received and that they are going to cancel my return labels if they don't receive the returned items. I dropped or intended to drop both of these items off at the UPS store. This very rude woman told me I could not put them in the bags that they had come in. I said can't we just put the return label on there and she said no that I had to buy a box from them. I said I was not going to buy that so I bought manila envelopes instead. She said I was doing that at my own risk because they might not arrive there. I thought that was a very odd comment because I was like why wouldn't they arrive in a manila envelope they were smaller items. Well needless to say they did not arrive there. I am going to be calling corporate because now I see on the reviews that this is not the first time this company or this particular one in Eastvale has had problems.

I came return an item, They young lady was on the phone on speaker having a personal call, laughing loud. As a customer I would of liked a hello at least. Not happy with customer service at all.

The lady there lacks customer service. I went in to do a spectrum drop off, I’m assuming the new employee looked at her for assistance and she said “I gotta do a live scan first. She’s gonna have to wait 15 minutes”. First of all, I don’t mind waiting because I totally understand that guy got there before me but address me directly if you’re going to make me wait. Don’t talk back to the new guy as if I’m not standing right in front of you. Not only that but it could’ve been said differently.

if i can give this store 0 stars i would.
the employee with black hair and braces said she could not take my shein return without it in a package and had to purchase a bag. I’ve returned packages from shein before and never had to purchase a bag before. Went to another UPS location and had no problem returning my packages.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a UPS Store. The woman working there today clearly does not want to be there or interact with customers. She doesn’t greet anyone, doesn’t respond when spoken to, and acts like every question is a personal inconvenience. We all have tough days, but basic courtesy is part of the job….especially when working with the public. Multiple customers, including myself, tried to be polite and patient, but were met with cold silence or attitude. If you can, avoid this location unless you want to be treated like a burden.

BE WARNED! Please read the reviews and avoid this store.
I came to look for the phone number for this location and was surprised to see that there was already an overwhelming amount of people with equally as bad of experiences similar to mine.
I came here to drop off packages from my business with shipping labels already adhered to the package. I dropped them off on Saturday 7/26 at 12pm, and on Monday morning 2 of the people who received the packages emailed me to let me know their packages had been tampered with, items were stolen and the packages were resealed with tape.
I'm very disappointed to see that clearly it is a problem from this location. With all the complaints recent and past, i see that the store owner responds and asks for us to email them. I did email, but I have not received a response. It is clear to me that there is no interest from management to take our very valid concerns seriously. Go to a different location unless you would like to risk having your things stolen.

Adding to the list of unhappy customers.
I had Amazon returns with labels printed. I had products to be returned inside their original packaging which included styrofoam protection inside. Boxes were taped up and ready for shipping. This young female employee said I had to buy UPS shipping boxes (she told be cost would be $40) because it was UPS policy to put returns in thicker boxes. My return boxes (original packaging appeared to be of same durability) were in good condition and free of any rips or damage. I shared with her that my return instructions stated “original packaging recommended.” But she said it was UPS policy. I then asked to see her UPS policy and her reply was “look it up.” She said she did not have any return policy available.
Her demeanor was sarcastic and rude. I’m not sure what type of business sense/experience this store’s manger or owner has but based on my experience and other reviews it’s not very good. This location is horrible and I really hope management or the owner does the right thing and address the incompetency in their store. I’ll take my business elsewhere and I recommmed the same for those looking for good service.

Today when I was waiting in line the person before me was returning about 20 different items with separate QR codes, the employee a tall woman, dark skin with curly hair and a little overweight was complaining how much she hated working at this location. She was saying that Eastvale customers were the worst. For the five minutes that I waited in line she would not stop to complaint about customers. She made the lady that she was helping so uncomfortable and the other one she was helping as well. What ever happen to great customer service? This employee was just unpleasant the entire time! My question is if you hate Eastvale so much why do you continue to come work here.
When my turn came, I was returning something and before I can say something she told me I needed to tape the box shut with tape. She went and called the next person making me so uncomfortable so I finally snapped and asked her to give me her bosses name along with hers. She refused to provide me that information and told me not to come back. With what rights can someone treat people with no respect thinking they are above all things. If management sees this post please take care of your employees and see what on earth is bothering them and why they have to take it out on customers. For now I will take that employees advised and avoid going there. I felt so mistreated and unwanted, I rather take my business elsewhere

I was there this morning to return a package and the lady working the first shift needs to have an attitude adjustment. I'm elderly, and I admit that I am not totally electronic knowledgeable. I showed her the label on my phone and she said I had to print it out. I asked if they don't have printers and she said yes but I won't touch your phone. And it will cost $3 and $4 to tape (box was 6 inches long). When I asked her how to do this she acted like I had just asked her a very hard question. Then talked me thru it very quickly. So I do it and wait while she is slamming pigs into other boxes. When she finally come back I had not hit send. So we do that and she goes into the back for quite awhile. Comes back and says do it again because it didn't come. Then says next customer. I left and will get someone else to help me. Checked the reviews here and I see that I am not the only one. Business owner - your whole staff need a course on customer relations.

Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Brianna at the counter would not accept my Amazon return because it was in a manufacturers box.
I showed her the return instructions where that was not listed as a return requirement and she scoffed. She said I could try and take it to the shipping facility in Ontario. When I asked for that address she said she didn’t have it and to look it up on my phone.
The lack of professionalism , helpfulness and general disregard to customers has been unseen. It’s disappointing that this location has such an unpleasant experience for the customers.
I took my package to Staples and they gladly accepted my return as packaged.
I will never be returning to that location again.

If there is a zero star it should be a zero star. 7/7/2025 at 2:30 in the afternoon a woman working is so unhappy with her job. Not very clear with her instructions. We have to make 2 trips saying our box was so thin for it to be shipped told us to seal it which I did just to find out it has to be a clear tape not just any packaging tape. She was pouting the whole time. I feel like we are bothering her the whole time. Maybe she doesn't want business. I hope the owner knows her goal.
