They took care of my shipping needs. Note: You can return your AT&T equipment here. Also you can return your Spectrum equipment as well instead of going to the Spectrum store. I thought that was very helpful. I returned my wifi, the xumo box, and the wifi satélites here and it was great service.

I went to get a packet that was supposed to be in the store from the morning but when we got there they said they didn't have it. They wouldn't provide us any info of why we got a delivered confirmation but it was not delivered. Manager was very rude and basically shrugged us off. Lost package worth $900 and no answers from the store or the costumer service phone number. 0 stars

I’ve been return several Amazon packages there but missing. Amazon never received them and couldn’t address the packages at all. I rather went to other store which is located next to Albertsons if I need to drop off or shop anything through UPS.This is the worst place I’ve seen.

I came to buy bubble mailers and ship out some products and went to pick up the bubble mailer ours and saw that they have numbers on the back of them, and as soon like any other decent person that that was the price of the bubble mailer. It was in fact not the price and there was no pricing listed anywhere in the store because the owner Christina doesn’t so I ended up paying $14 for $.99 poly mailers. This is a great way to scam customers and I’m absolutely disgusted by the way that the store handle this. Everyone needs to have up and not mislabel products with numbers to make it seem are a certain amount only to be scanned in at triple that amount.

Let me say this is by far the best UPS store I have visited. It is always extremely busy, but today I think I had the best customer experience ever! Rachelle is amazing!!!! The store was packed and she managed to take pics, greet and smile to everyone that came through the door! She is fast and extremely efficient at her job and should be commended for the excellent service she provides! In a line of about 10 customers, I was in and out in 5 mins. Thank you Rachelle for the care you take with the customers and for your efficiency. BRAVO!!!! She's a keeper!

This has to be the worst ups store ever. Workers are rude, they charge u to drop off usps, and i asked for ups supplies and she wouldnt give me any. Lol. Im pretty sure ups gives them supplies to give out.

I went there to drop off a package. Because it was a Saturday, only one staff was working and there was a long line in front of me. Since this is a busy shopping center, management needs to find a way to have a least two staffs on the weekend. If nothing changes, I will make a mental note to avoid coming here on the weekend.

I was in the area, so I decided to drop off my Amazon here, and while I was waiting since there were a couple of people. There was a guy that didn't speak English only Spanish and the young man working the counter told him he couldn't help him since he didn't speak Spanish so the lady that was working as well helped the gentleman that didn't speak Spanish and even though she didn't speak Spanish she still was able to help the gentleman and get his stuff done. I think it's amazing even though she didn't speak Spanish she still helped the guy and got him on his way but the young man could have put a little more effort in helping his customers instead of disregarding him.

Person at counter is overwhelmed being by herself. Won't take shipment for a so called hazmat protocol. Just uniformed about what to do. The owner should be ashamed of the store being ran this sort of way

I have been here twice for Live Scan services and was helped by the wonderful Christine, I feel she deserves recognition because she got what I needed done quickly and efficiently as the only employee working. Some customers were upset as there were register issues out of her control, but she handled it all well to the best of her ability. The line is usually long at this location, but that is typical of any UPS or mailing place. If you’re not patient or have a time restraint I’d say don’t go here, otherwise it is a pleasant experience.

If you mail papers they mail it through usps. I did not find out until they told me the tracking number is through usps, and then they told me I had to pay because the tracking number was already created. I couldn’t send through usps because they already lost my papers once so I just had to pay for shipping without them even sending anything. Just to leave the store without any services rendered I paid $10 for them creating a tracking number and to mail a packet that they wont even mail. How does it make sense to pay for a service before the service is even confirmed? Also, it needs to be made clear that it’s shipping through usps.

Horrible customer service, they lost a package and didn't hold any accountability, I lost more than $400 in the package and they basically said oh well there's nothing we can do for you. Rachelle was rude and has no customer service skills. Avoid this store at all cost.

This store is awful. The girl working today is SUPER RUDE!!! She has zero customer service skills and should rethink her career. I made my return and was appeared really annoyed with helping me. Then when my fiancé went to return his Alexa speaker she refused to take it and told him he would have to package it even though the return instructions clearly said they will package for you. So in addition to being rude she was lazy too I guess.
