Chris was very helpful and cleaned my phone, so it is running like new and also cleaned up hubbies phone. We had to wait a while, but once it was our turn they were very fast and knowledgeable about taking care of our needs. I will always go to this corporate store rather than a franchise location!

Extremely Disappointed with Verizon’s Trade-In Promotion Scam”
I have been a Verizon customer since April 2024, but my experience over the past year has been nothing short of frustrating. In April 2024, I upgraded my phones under a trade-in promotion that promised free devices in exchange for our old ones. Verizon initially applied the credits for three months, then suddenly removed them and started charging my account for the full price of the phones.
I have spent nearly a year calling, chatting, and speaking with multiple representatives, including supervisors, all of whom have given me the runaround. Despite providing proof that I followed all the trade-in terms, UPS receipts, Verizon refuses to honor the promotion. Instead of resolving the issue, they continue to bill me improperly.
This is deceptive business practice, and I strongly urge others to be cautious when signing up for Verizon’s promotions. If this matter isn’t resolved immediately, I will escalate it further by filing formal complaints with the FCC, the Attorney General’s Office, as well as disputing the unauthorized charges with my bank.
Verizon, this is your last chance to make it right. I expect a response and a full resolution ASAP.

We went to upgrade my husband’s phone and when we get home we realize it was my phone, employee Sienna who helped us just laughed and said sorry, yes she fixed the problem but it had to take us to to get home and realized her mistake… leaving the store with an unopened phone is not a good idea. They should make sure it’s the correct phone you upgraded. Not us doing their job activating our phone… then one employee gives you one promotion and another one gives you another. Very disappointed because it was our favorite store to go to…

I had to take the drive to this location because there isn’t one near where I live. As soon as I walked in Adriel greeted me and ask me what he can help me with. I had upgraded my daughters phone and needed to return the old one, he quickly printed the label needed and gave me a return box. I was out of there in less than 10 minutes! Thank you, for the great customer service!

5 new phones 12/24/2024 picked them up only 1 worked!!!!!!! NOW ONE OF THE PHONES SAYS NO eSIM ITS NOT WORKING!!!! were pissed ~at how these Verizon workers don’t know their jobs but hand us 5 new phones 4 don’t work so we call n call Verizon and we go to a Verizon store one of the phones numbers were on my phone as 2 lines UNBELIEVABLE and now 1 phone is saying no eSIM ITS NOT WORKING!!!!!!!

If you have to return devices don’t bother coming here. They can’t take it…. If physical stores can’t handle physical device exchanges why have them at all? I’d be a happier customer if they just closed all retail stores and I can do thing I want online..

Switched over to Verizon back in December 2023, it is now June 2024. Why are we getting billed from T-Mobile (previous carrier) of a bill that not one but TWO Verizon employees told me would be taken care of once we switched over and would be paid for? I am now on my second phone call with customer service regarding these charges and suddenly I hear something opposite of what the two previous employees have told me. The lack of knowledge from the people working here is horrendous. We never should have switched over!!!! Now they have put me in a position where I’m supposed to pay both phone carriers for the lies that have been told to me right before we switched to Verizon. Do better on your trainings! Who knows who else they are doing this to!!!

Verizon wireless decided to charge me for a device that should have been free for adding a line. Verizon has been billing me and charging my card for two years. Verizon wireless Financial department reps have refused to give me my refund and fix the situation. I will be leaving Verizon wireless after 15 years Of being a customer and I do not recommend anyone to become a Verizon wireless customer. It is way too overpriced and service is not great either.

Rude customer service was clueless even when I was told by a version store and phone customer service that a corporate store was the only place that could help the girl was making rude remarks and giving me dirty looks because I explained I’ve been through this multiple times already and I was sent to this store, absolutely no knowledge of her job and not any help at all I would never recommend this store to anyone!!!
