Beware buying gifts cards here or any other store from now on! I purchased an Amazon gift card and when they tried to redeem it , It was a fraud. Already had been used.( the card was sealed ) I do hold Vons responsible because they allowed this merchant to provide gifts card here. They will take your money right away but they won’t return until you have to file a claim.If you do decide to purchase a gift card, open it before you buy it.

I’ve never had a problem until I came across a rude supervisor named Ashley. When asked what’s the difference between me making a money order for a 1000 and coming back to make another for 600 with my other card and she said it’s policy I’m like what policy she said Vons policy. First off you are rude and should be stocking shelves instead of dealing with customers second explanation of vons policy is because there has been a lot of money laundering and fraud, how does this policy make sense? Basically it’s very inconvenient for a customer that has to pay rent and has a spending limit from the banks already. So vons would like money order customers to keep driving to their stores to make multiple money order. Please reconsider or display your policy so rude associates like Ashley don’t need to explain. Thank you Victoria Shea
