I have been ordering from this place for like a year now but only recently I have received my bottles late( I live close so it should just take like two days) but I end up waiting for like 4 days for it to arrive after I payed for it to come earlier. And this last time I got my bottle and idk if it had a hole or something thought it was funny to open the bottle up and when it got here it was almost empty and the box was obviously damaged and wet. But other than that good place. Just keep that in mind if you decide to shop online.

Purchased a bottle of Crown Royal Single Malt Canadian Whisky (2024 Release) as a gift. This bottle was $59.99 plus $19.14 for shipping.
The item was received, but the box was soaking wet. Opened the package and the bottle was perfectly intact, but the lid had come loose in shipping. I sent them an email per their return policy stating that the bottle had opened during shipping and we had lost about 1/4 of the bottle. They had me send photos. After doing so, this was their response:
“In our policy we don’t take care of the leak . The liquid is still fine and the bottle but we will apply 10$ to you for the leak damage.”
I emailed back and heard absolutely nothing in response.
“I see nowhere in your written policy on leak damage. This is a $60.00 bottle that I purchased from you as a Christmas gift. I’m not feeling $10.00 is a fair compensation. The box is ruined, the bag is ruined and about 1/4 if the bottle is gone.”
Very very poor customer service!

Great experience. I ordered 2 special Vodkas during the holiday and they promptly shipped as soon as they reopened and I received tracking. I was apprehensive about what i ordered and if they actually had it in stock. They did, and it was a frictionless experience. They were packed well and in a very strong box for the long ground journey across the country. I really appreciate the good experience and wanted to share it with others.

Been a customer for close to 7 years. The guys are cool except for the older guy. Last time I went their he yelled at me and said I always complain about the price and shop else where if I don't like it. The thing is the prices change on a daily basis here. I could buy the same soda, chips etc same thing every day and each day the total would be something completely different. They are never accurate when they charge you. I might be charged $2.99 one day for a monster and the next day different guy might charge me $3.49. I didn't care about the price as long as they were consistent. Don't charge me one thing than something completely different the next day. I stopped going here after he yelled at me. Won't be back.

Not good business! Order over $100 from these guys and they didn't bother to dispatch it till 3 days after my order which meant I never recieved my goods, then they refused to give me a refund. BAD EXPERIENCE AND DO NOT RECCOMMEND

I have bought online from 3 brothers liquor in the past and never had an issue. It has been over 3 weeks and I never received my last order. The final email I had from 3 brothers was asking for the order number. I had sent them everything and never heard back. I have gone on the chat and tried contacting them that way as well sending multiple emails and calling; but of course no one answers. According to ups the merchant is supposed to contact them as well to get a claim going... save your money and be wise about purchasing online. It's very unfortunate because I had great things to say about their website as I showed many of my friends it.

I places my order almost a week ago. The guy told me that it would be shopping out on Thursday. It's is now Sunday and I have no heard from anyone. I have sent 6-7 emails asking for tracking and where my product is I needed it in 2 days for a trip. This is very upsetting I was really looking forward to taking cocktail bag on my camping trip for the whole family. I feel like I'm being scammed of my money.

I really wanted to like and support these guys, however they sent me expired beer, which may be OK to drink, however since the beer I received was probably out in hot weather for a while, it tasted super funky. I know the taste of the beer I received, and this wasn't it. I reached out to see what can be done, and although they responded at first, they went MIA since then. It's already been a month.

Have ordered from these guys several times, always a pleasure to work with. Have had them reach out to me with order issues and resolution, and they have tailored orders to me when showing out of stock on the website. Their pricing is better than everywhere else, but the reason why I continue to order is the personal experience I continue to have with the company. Always recommend this page to friends when I let the secret out that I order our whiskey online. Thanks!!
