I went in to 7/11 and bought beer one night and paid cash. I went in 2 days later and the cashier told me I owe him 10 dollars because he gave me too much change. I did not notice but normally if I notice I am given too much change I give it back. I told him to check the cameras because how do I know he was telling the truth? I went in again and bought sodas. He said don’t forget his ten dollars. I said prove it. He said he showed me the receipt, which he did but what does that prove? It could have been anyone’s receipt. He said next time he’s not letting me buy stuff there and threw my change at me. I see why they have 2 stars. The workers can’t do their job right. I probably won’t go back unless it’s to tell the manager.

Dear 7-Eleven Customer Service, I'm writing to express my disappointment with a recent visit to one of your stores. The staff's behavior was not up to the standard I usually associate with 7-Eleven. I understand everyone has off days, but the level of unprofessionalism I encountered was unacceptable. I felt overlooked and undervalued as a customer. I believe a company's reputation is strongly tied to its customer service, and this experience has unfortunately negatively affected my perception of your brand. I hope this issue will be addressed promptly so that no other customer has to experience such an unwelcoming interaction.

Horrible employees. Same middle eastern (I think) cashier guy always there looking super annoyed. I think he’s management but has horrible customer service. Makes me not want to go in there. One time he had me waiting 5 extra minutes for my pizza that he had already boxed up and just not handing it to me. Never says a word. Never asks if I want my receipt. Always on his phone or distracted talking. I avoid going here even though it’s the closest 7/11 to me.

8/19/23. Disgusting and terrible customer service. So it's around 1030pm Saturday. as I'm walking up, a slightly overweight male cashier is walking out of the store with another customer. He looks at me weird and says "I'm getting ready to take a smoke break". In other words "it's best to leave, so I can take a smoke break". So I turned around and went elsewhere. It'll be a long long time before I go back there. Hopefully the owner sees this post and talk to his employees. You gotta have better customer service skills than this. Even if you're going to take a break, at least let inform the customer and say, I'll get to you in just a few minutes.

I’ve been getting money orders at 7-11 for years and yesterday I was charged $5 per money order. I told Ed the clerk I never paid that much. before.

Already the scariest 7-11 in El Cajon with the living dead there daily, then you add the rude disrespectful night shift staff forget it. A shooting waiting to happen. Always some type of crime associated at this location regularly.

Atm located in this store is a rip off. It will state you exceeded your balnce on receipt. Then you leave and electronically the amount you tired withdrawing is missing in your account. Showing it was withdrawn successfully. But no bank fee charged on your bank account. They owner and clerk of 7-11 blames it on atm company. Atm company blames it on your bank. Your bank or venmo blames them. But in the meantime your money as gone. No one has a answer.owner needs to remove that atm machine for protection of consumers using it. Advice....dont go by reciept. Check balance of your.card.Something fishy in this place????
