I am very big on customer service and I have previously rented multiple units from them in the past, Gary does not have great customer service, seemed bothered because I called to ask regarding my cancellation. I paid in advance for the month, let him know I was unaware of us having to move till the weekend of, he seemed to be bothered that I asked if I would receive a refund for my overpayment he stated that they don’t do that and that I should have given them an exact date, I let him know that previously when I have done that I have been told that I need to go into the office and notify them and they will adjust the days, in addition I told him I was enrolled in auto pay and it’s deducted from my account on the 6th, I asked him how he would expect me to know so soon, he seemed to be bothered by that as well, said he would talk to his supervisor submit a request and let me know that it would only be $60.00, to me living in California, $60.00 is $60.00 and every bit of savings counts. Despite the rudeness, I still thanked him, and he ended it with a “sure” and hung up on me. This is not the first time he has been rude, he has previously told me he can’t find my unit and that I don’t have one and once he noticed he made the mistake, he didn’t even apologize for being rude and wrong. Horrible customer service.

First I'd like to say that Jessica was great. She greeted me with a smile which I really appreciate being so early in the morning. Very knowledgeable in what size storage that fitted my needs. I would definitely recommend for all your storage needs. Ask about their first time specials.
