I recently visited the AT&T store at Parkway Plaza and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm welcome. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a pleasant atmosphere, making it easy to browse and find what I needed.
The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. EJ, in particular, went above and beyond to help me with my questions and concerns. They took the time to understand my needs and provided personalized recommendations that perfectly suited my situation. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a purchase, which I greatly appreciated.
When it came to setting up my new phone, the process was seamless. The team ensured that all my data was transferred correctly and walked me through the setup step by step. They also provided helpful tips and tricks to get the most out of my new device.
In addition to excellent customer service, the store had a great selection of products and accessories. The pricing was competitive, and I felt confident that I was getting the best deal possible.

EJ gave us amazing customer service. He explained all plans thoroughly and ensured we received the best deal for me and my family. He made sure we were all set up and made the process as painless as possible, he even stayed late to make sure we were completely satisfied. Excellent service!

Had an issue with my phone that was getting progressively worse over the last week after I updated it. Marvin had it fixed in 2 minutes! Very kind and professional.

Staff tries to be helpful but AT&T has the worst services and a complete rip off. Was tired of calling them often due to constant issues but still paying outrageously high bills.. Cancelled all my services with AT&T!!!

Convenient location, large selection on products and services. Changing phone service company may be awful experience and time consuming, annoying plus waiting for hours. Marvin misael was very helpful the last person we worked with to switch out our phones had alot of complications and we had to come back in the next day to fix all the issues the first person made for us and Marvin and Misael was quick to correct all the issues

Marvin was the absolute best helping me transfer my phone and data I bought a new iPhone 15 pro max and did the apple bundle and man what can I say his services were top notch. He is the best in sales and can break down all the pricing for you if you needed it done. I highly recommend him and he definitely needs a raise!!!
