This place kicks ass. Had been going to a different shop and had several issues with my system. Took it to Audio Shack and they dialed it in. My shit sounds 101% better. This place does good work.

LIARS, stay away from this place , the guy at the front desk is a total and complete liar,
I take my work truck in for a new system and back up camera . The guys started with a 1000 dlls quote, and I added a few other things . Well it goes up to 1500 then I added tinted windows . He quoted me 1600 out the door . And he promised the truck would be ready in 1 day, so I agree. I drop off the truck at 930 as they opens , at 550pm, I start heading there , he calls me as I am leaving my house to go pick it up, and tells me it's not ready, instead of apologizing, or giving me a discount t or something, he proceeds to argue with me . This place has no ethics, they do t keep there word, so I cancel my job I had for the morning and give them till 11am the next morning, they did tint the windows as it was part of the deal. I don't have the time nor the energy to deal with this business ever again. ALSO, I come in and not even a good morning from the guy, horrible customer service, you done get a second chance at a first impression..... STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIARS .....

bad installation, bad customer service, the craftsmanship is terrible. when they put in my stereo they hacked the adapter plate and it sounds horrible. They siliconed the antenna on the outside. They used to be so good i bought 4 stereos from them and they have gone downhill and they DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

Adam from Audio shack was very helpful and insightful when it came to all of my audio needs. Other audio stores often try to up charge where here at audio shack getting a system within your actual budget is attainable! Come to audio shack for quality customer service, audio and tint related products.

Customer service was great. The guy helping me even gave me a better price than Amazon and other big websites (I saw for myself) 10/10 Highly recommend coming here instead of online 💯

Great customer service and he (. ). Was not trying to convince me to buy bs or try to rip off my pocket with outrage pricing . He even went as far as to show me tha Quality of tha system I was to purchase .

I needed a couple LED lights in some door handles that are difficult to see at night. It was a tedious little custom job in a bit of a tricky place, but Adam and the guys did clean work and I am really happy. They also replaced a couple interior trim pieces. Everything is clean and tight. Thanks for coming through for me, Audio Shack! See you next time!
