I just bought a car from here. I live in SLC Ut and I was very nervous about buying a car I hadn’t actually seen myself. Stan was extremely helpful. He send me pictures and videos and answered every one of my questions. Car dealerships are known for being pushy and rip offs but not this place and not Stan. I would and do recommend them to anyone I come across. I love my new used car!

I bought a car here. It was mostly pain-free. The car itself was in great working order, though there were a few minor issues that needed repair after purchase that ideally would have fixed before. The price was adequate and financing was done through a mainstream reputable lender. My main complaint - and it's sort of a big one - is that I was upsold on an alarm that wasn't necessary and warranty paperwork was slipped into the stack at signing without being mentioned - despite the fact I had earlier stated to a different associate that I wanted the car with no warranty or extras. There is another review that mentions the same thing happened to them and they walked, so this may be SOP for Auto City. I wish I could leave a higher star review.

Thanks to Ali for all his help, I was approved with $0 DOWN, he got me a nice 2023 Buick envision suv, trust there process, I live in Virginia, they shipped my vehicle to me, no additional charges.
I will definitely buy from them again.

I came to look at a car and was really disappointed. I asked over the phone if the car was in good shape. Frank at the dealership said it was better than good. I drove an hour and a half to come see the car. As soon as I walked up to the car, I realized Frank lied to me. The headlight was peeling. The paint peeled off and started rusting above the driver door. The back of the rear seat is peeling off, showing the metal frame underneath. This car is only two years old with 20,000 miles but it’s in horrible condition. It drives me crazy when salesman lie to try and get you on their lot so they can sell you something else.

Frank Larece was very unprofessional.
I was trying to buy from out of state and asked for a video.
He did eventually sent a videos and it appeared the truck had some dings.
I asked him about that and a few other things, he told me that this wasn’t going to work and stopped answering my calls and text.
Would not recommend
