Super disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this place. I was ready to buy multiple items and had them all in my hands, but I just needed a quick answer about a product. The employee responded, “I don’t know, they’re all there,” in a very dismissive way. If you don’t enjoy your job, you shouldn’t take it out on customers. I ended up leaving everything and went to Auto Parts instead, where the staff actually helped me and I purchased everything I needed.

Bad service, the people who serve have a very bad temper, specially the one working on Saturday today 10 30 I had to rush to get some. Lubricant he was on the the phone for more then 7 min with only one person on counter for service this is totally waste of time to go there again

Refused to warranty my battery after they said they would. Told me to disconnect the battery and they would replace it. I paid a friend to disconnect it and drove him with me. Huge waste. They messed up my sales order with a different item number than my battery. Apparently this gives them the right to lie, cheat, and steal. I came in walking with a cane and they wouldn't even help install my new battery I PAID for after they lied to me and screwed me over. Layers of incompetence.

I asked one of the salesmen how often do they get shipments of paint, he said they just got some in. thinking he would go to the back and look for the one I was looking for but it seems he was too lazy to go to the back and look. I could see if the store was crowded but it was just two people in the store.

Big thanks to Glendy for the phenomenal customer service and professionalism. Went it to check the voltage of my alternator and battery to see which one needed changing and she helped to get that situated, provided me with the part number and was overall excellent.
