I stopped by today to leave some used oil and the manager there is lazy with no customer service he wanted me to go empty my oil into there barrel in the back I refused especially since they have a sign that says no customers in the back I let him know that the sign is there for a reason it could be a safety issue he should know as the manager. He then told me I was going to get banned from that auto zone that I have been coming to for over 10 years because I proved him wrong and then he started yelling at his associates because the oil barrel was full. I think his name is Raul this is unacceptable behavior from a manager I hope the owner has a talk with him.

This place sucks, the staff is stupid. They have no idea how to do their jobs accurately I hate how I always have to go out to lakeside to get someone combatant. I would bot give them a star if I could. Don't wast time or money. All thies post are from employees or friends/family.Go somewhere else.

I don't understand how this store is still open at this location. Every time I go here nothing is in stock from transmission oil to lightbulbs. It's just a waste of time to try and visit this location.

Returned to this location to purchase my 2nd headlight because my first visit the customer service was excellent!! Well this time is was trash. I purchased my headlight and planned on popping it in while in the parking lot. I asked the customer service rep for a pair of gloves so that I didn't touch the headlight- he offered me a paper towel. I said I can't use a paper towel to pop in the light. I asked since when do you not have gloves- he says I have some you can buy but otherwise I don't have gloves. Basically he didn't want to give me a pair of gloves because if I k ow nothing else about auto part stores is they have gloves so their hands aren't touching oil or acid or just dust in general.My last time visiting this location. I'll go back to NAPA where I know the customer service isn't excellent but at least they don't treat you like a pair of gloves will hurt their inventory.

They advertise they can run a test and tell you what's wrong with your car. October 28th they told us we needed a new alternator. Went to S&T auto who tested and said our alternator was fine! S&T is honest / AutoZone is not. When confronted, AutoZone was unapologetic saying their techs were "not mechanics"! AutoZone ads are a fraud.

Came in Yesterday for the first time to this AutoZone. The customer service was outstanding, caring and helpful. I was being help by Yvette who try her best and Jeremy ended up stepping up to help there was another gentlemen who also assisted with my issue I just can remember his name. To the whole team great customer service. Thank you for all your help with my issue I truly appreciate the extra help.
