I have been unable to access my BMO account online with account#, social security, unable to create pin worst onlinepresence in my case i believe they have violated State and Federal consumer laws.The nearest Branch to me 3000 milesI have given my accountant power of attorney to enter a branch on my behalf.

I’m writing this review for a Banker with a name, Kelsey !!BMO El Cajon Main Street location.Trying to open a normal business accounts with herI waited for 4 daysThis account was never open!when I called her she said I’m working on it.!!Could not wait any longer , so I went to a different bank , they opened the account within 20 minutes!if you don’t care for our businessPlease do not waste our time .Poor customer service , careless, unprofessional.

We would like to send out kudos to Denise, the Branch Manager at the El Cajon location. My parents have been with this bank for years, but this is the first time my wife and I have interacted with them. Not only was Denise kind and pleasant, but she was also extremely knowledgeable and quite attentive to our needs. She was able to set up our accounts exactly as we needed them to be, and she did it in short order. She removed all the anxiety from the process by being hands-on. We were quite happy with the experience and especially with Denise.

As a biss owner I would not recommend doing any type off biss with them unprofessional policies staff are great but the headquarters are trying to be a Bullies if u need more n to my store let me know

It says its open i drive like cryse to get before they close on saturday at 12..i got there 11:40 and it was close.. I got so mad.. Some needs to fix the webpage. Not fair

NO STARS!!! Bank of the West on 1234 E Main St El Cajon, CA 92021Both Senior Service Officer and Branch Manager/Assistant Vice President are the most deplorable, pompous, self absorbed, indiscreet, disrespectful, bullish bank representatives a bank could ever have.There is no one you can reach out to. No district or area manager you can talk to, perhaps the reason why Bank of the West employees at this branch can do whatever they please. They do not have a corporate office number you can call. I closed my accounts.

What bank can stay in business with Atms that are constantly not working or just simply turned off? My fiance opened an account here unfortunately a couple months ago. And nothing but inconveniences and shady service for him ever since. He will be closing his account soon. For your own good and sanity do not bank here.

I don't wish this complaint to reflect upon the persons in this branch since it is one of the branches that I have used, and they do an ok job within the bank's policies. This is intended for the Bank of the West institution itself. Before now I have never had a bank that "floated" MY money so often and so long. How can you make a cash deposit unavailable for two days? They have a way! Worse yet there is an absolute lie on their reporting to the credit bureaus about an account I had with them. And after more than 2 hours on the phone: they won't correct the mistake; they have to stick to their policy no matter what; they can't change (correct) what they did; THEY DON'T CARE. BEWARE of this institution--they will find ways to take advantage of you for their benefit--once your money is in their bank, it may not be yours again for a while--BEWARE.

This bank is a joke. Charge way to much to cash a check written from one of their own members. Was told the fee was $8 when I first handed the lady behind counter the check. When informed I wasnt wanting to open an account there it got raised to $10 to cash the check. Funny how other banks waive the fees when its written from one of their members!
