Well, unfortunately I had 2 bathrooms done by Bath Fitters. It took 3 days and the day they left it looked like they cleaned up, BUT looked under the house crawl space to see what it looked like and WHAT A MESS! Big chunks of my old tub were down there. Things got ugly exactly when the warranty ran out. Every drain pad and the tub drain cracked and the drain hardware rusted. I probably could have done a better job of caulking. My son had to redo it. All in all I won't ever recommend them

Joey and Nadir were both great. Nadir when he came to give us our quote and info and Joey ON HIS OWN came in and single-handedly demo’d and completed an entire tub to shower conversion in 8 hours!!
