The management at this location is very unprofessional. They have ads up for storage space. If you walk in Bryan/ Brian will have an attitude being very rude saying that there aren’t any units available without even asking what I need professionally. HR I’d look for better manager because Bryan/ Brian will impact your business negatively.

Benedict was a good option for me. I knew the hours when I signed up. And the staff was great. The front office woman (sorry, can't remember her name) and Brian were both professional and helpful. My only complaint was the confusing U-haul billing portal business. The front office woman cleared that up and gave me a simple way to pay.

I hope they make this situation right.I was dropped off at 2:30pm to get my camping gear. The Google info says 5pm. My ride came back to pick me and the gear up at 4:30pm and the outside gate was locked we waited for someone to come back at 4:50 and I explained how I have been trying to leave by 5pm the advertised time and the guy locked us inside while we packed the gear and had to ask to be let out. They didn't check before locking the gate before 4:30pm. The door says 4:30 and Google says 5pm. Checking the lot before locking or fixing Google could have fixed the problem before it had happened.

The employee try’s to hustle you for cash late fee even if your there 15 minutes before close. Guy always has attitude even if you rent $1,000 a month worth of space for him. Save the headache go somewhere else

I really Like this Place and the Staff that work here are Great! Prices are Excellent!!The negatives are the Hours (that's why it's competitive in price) and there are no Bathrooms for patrons! No electrical outlets to test an Item

Great prices, and had no complaints until they started closing super early (130pm) on Saturday and closing all day on Sunday. The website still shows they are open until 445pm on Saturday and most of the day on Sunday. The manager said she asked ownership to update the website to reflect proper hours, which would help, BUT, why is a storage until access gate closed MOST of the weekend? When people are actually free to move and take care of personal business. Thing is, there is an external gate which gets locked after hours AND an internal gate that is passcode operated. Why not just leave the outside gate open on Saturday and Sunday? Keep the office closed, whenever. Basically, I have to go Saturday morning or not at all. I guess I could take annual leave from work, right? Really seems odd and I e tried to reach ownership but haven't been able to. I'll be closing my account as soon as I can actually get in there!
