I wouldn't recommend this place!!! They are scammers!! They lied when we purchased our furniture saying that they charged us for five years warranty. Then when we called to get our furniture fixed a year later after purchasing the furniture, they said we never got the warranty! They lied to us, scammed us, and took our money without adding warranty. We went to the store they kept saying we didn't get the warranty and the guy doesn't work there his name was Dylan. I would say go to another place that's more trustworthy because here isn't. You will get scammed for sure.Edit: Now they reply to my comment with a totally different subject because they don't have an excuse to what they did. They know what has been happening in their store, so they make up excuses likes these to make sure they don't look bad. However, the scams they do, don't get covered with these pathetic excuses.

I was walking around for a while and not sure what i was looking for exactly. Alma came over and helped me and showed me so many options i like she was great i am so happy she came to help me she did an amazing job catering to my needs with delivery and budget. I left very happy with my purchase ☺️

Steve was our sales person. He was great to deal with. The process with buying 2 adjustable bed frames, a 10 foot by 9 foot rug and queen mattress with fast. I already received part of my order already.3 days after ordering the items. Thank you.

So many options. Abundance of furniture selections. We've been furniture shopping for months. Anthony provided us with exceptional customer service. He was so patient and understanding of our needs. Great asset to Bob's furniture!!

Jaime was so helpful and kind. He made me feel comfortable and was genuinely helpful rather than trying to upsell me. He showed me plenty of options and was knowledgeable with regard to the products he was selling. Out of all of the furniture stores in El Cajon, this was definitely the best place to shop. I will absolutely be returning and sharing Jaime's card with family and friends!

I ordered a mattress on November 16, and I then received a call on November 28th that delivery will be delayed until the beginning of the New Year. I requested a refund but was told I would be mailed a check. I didn't understand why because I paid in cash. It is now December 28th, and I haven't received any check. I called countless times, and every customer representative told me something different. If I paid almost 700$ in cash, I should be refunded in cash. I called today, and he told me it takes at least a month for a refund. I will never shop her again. If I could choose no stars, I would.

We have been looking for a couch and accent chair for a while. Have been to ALL the big named stores. When we looked a few months back, Bob’s was the one we liked best, but weren't quite ready. We decided to "make the rounds" again, while knowing that we always had the "ace in the hole" we liked at Bob’s. Well...none of the other places matched up, so we made the purchase! Worked with Rhonda both times, very helpful, she even remembered us from before! We totally recommend checking out Bob’s inventory, you won't be disappointed!

Our entire experience at Bob's today was a fantastic one, with most of the credit going to our incredible sales dude, Noe (and of course, some credit to Bob). Rather than swarming in as the sales people do at most furniture stores, Noe gave us some space, but welcomed us in and led with a relaxed nature, a genuine smile and familiarity and confidence in the huge selection of furniture available that truly exceeded our expectations.We haven't shopped at Bob's before, but Noe gave us a flawless first impression with his honest insight and friendly banter. We never felt pressured or that we were being rushed, but Noe also respected our time and gave us his complete attention while we checked out different options and he made suggestions along the way. Noe had a handy Bob-tablet thing that immediately allowed him to pull up different configurations of the sectionals we looked at, including exact measurements to ensure it would fit in our space, which was a huge help. Using that same handy Bob-tablet thing, Noe also gave us prices and expected delivery times immediately. (And no waiting for a manager or being shuffled over to a "cashier" when we were ready to commit to our choices and place the order -- Noe just typed in a few things and even processed our card himself, with us receiving hard copies and electronic copies within seconds.)As someone who has made many (many!) big home and car purchases, I really appreciate the efficiency and direct contact with just one (awesome) employee who was funny, humble and sharp (not cocky). Truthfully, buying furniture isn't usually an enjoyable time and most places carry the same basic variations, but the difference is usually found in the quality of their customer service, and today Noe at Bob's won our loyalty. He gave us honest opinions and related to us in a natural way without being smarmy, salesy and "smooth," and it is so appreciated!We were surprised to hear that Noe is a new-ish employee at Bob's, but my unsolicited advice is that y'all keep this guy on your sales floor AND have him teach customer service skills to others, because it's unfortunately a mostly lost art lately.

In-store floor/sales staff were great. We purchased a bedroom set a couple weeks ago to be delivered and assembled today. When the delivery driver showed up, my partner met them downstairs and they asked us what floor it was to be delivered to (information that was collected the day we bought the set.) The driver drove off without giving us a chance to tell them where they could park to deliver the set (we live in an apartment complex with a loading dock, but we were never asked by any staff on day of purchase or delivery to let them know about this, assuming that providing the drivers with this information on the day of would suffice.) We have tried contacting Bobs' customer service only for them to tell us they do not have a way to contact the drivers.Customer support apologized but provided no resolution so far other than for us to wait for a call from the drivers team which is now almost outside of our scheduled delivery time. There is a lot of disconnect between the store staff and delivery team making this a really frustrating experience not knowing when/if we will hear from them.UPDATE: At the end of our delivery window, Bob's contacted us to say that the driver maintained that there was nowhere for them to park, despite us trying to tell them about the loading dock at our building specifically for deliveries/moves. They were unable to get our delivery rescheduled today, causing us to waste a day taking time off work. No compensation offered for the error.

This place is garbage I rather get furniture on offer up from a homeless shelter been trying to call them for 2 hours and all I get is someone picking up the phone and hanging up but what do you expect look at the reviews on this place.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! NO PRESSURE!! I looked around without a trail of salespeople following after me. NICE AND RELAXED SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. I walked up to a salesman who was genuinely helpful.I told him I downsized from a home to living in an apartment small space needed a small dinning room table . He showed me exactly what I was looking for with 2 chairs solid wood. Delivery was made right on time!! The guys brought in the table set it up then brought in my chairsCouldn't have been better. I WILL BE GOING BACK SOON FOR A BEDROOM SET. And I will be looking for the same salesman KNOWS HIS MERCHANDISE!!! Thank you BOBS!! See you soon!! OH YES PRICED FAIRLY!!

Wanted a small size dual power reclining loveseat with fabric upholstery and found the perfect piece last night! Sturdy piece of furniture. Soft fabric. Comfortable to sit on. Great price and excellent customer service. Wonderful experience!!!
