I love shopping here and picking up my bopis orders all the staff are amazing. Box lunch as a company, you just need to check inventory quarterly because the site says things are in stock when they aren't.

I had ordered a print-on-demand Halloween shirt and the printing melted in the dryer (the tag said "tumble dry low"). Devastated, I visited the store to try to see about getting a replacement (which I will never put in the dryer ever). Jose worked hard trying to get me a replacement and ended up having to call customer service because he kept getting an error when he'd try to order. He spent a long time troubleshooting and talking with customer service to get me a replacement shirt for the same price I paid. Jose's kindness and patience were a true blessing.

Always something new to buy and the staff is very helpful and friendly. They definitely go out of their way to make sure every customer is doing alright. Love shopping here.

Terrible company, order gets cancelled twice because of "lost item", when in reality they don't have the product and don't want to refund. Cherry on top is the item still shows as in stock on the website. Will avoid these scammers in the future.

There's always new items on display here. The website has tons more and the staff can help with that too. They staff are wonderful! They're very kind and super helpful. I brought in 2 shirts I bought online for return and they helped me order new sizes.
