For the past few years, customer service at this storage has definitely gotten better, but it is still far away from other popular storage facilities. I've got a few storages over the San Diego area and I personally chose them depending on the location. Unfortunately, there is nothing closer to where I need it, another way I wouldn't rent here.

Over the past year I've rented 2 storage units and my girlfriend has rented 3. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I've chosen to have my rent paid by my credit card. Never had a problem with payments. The property is clean and well maintained. Prices are reasonable. I've also found the other renters to be friendly and courteous- that's a real bonus.
