This bank. My wife and I go to the teller and order a new debit card. So I give the teller the old card to trash. We immediately go sit with a woman named Mina who proves education is not needed in banking along with common sense or compassion. Mina refuses to assist because I gave my 2nd ID to her co-worker to throw away. Oh yes...we got to hear all of the patronizing "Im so sorry" and "there is honestly nothing I can do". But There is not a person reading this that believes there is nothing that can be done. I have my ID. All my information. I only moments ago gave my debit card to her co-worker still there behind counter. Was it laziness? Careless? Thoughtless? Well, if being hosed over by someone with a smile and a shoulder shrug is what you like in banking....Then come on down to Chase on Johnson. Horrible. Perhaps if we were wealthy?

Clean inside, always security on standby, staff is fast and responsive. Chase has good customer service and they give you accurate information! .

Unfortunately, it seems I was given the runaround at this bank. So it ended up that I simply was never served. I'm wondering how that even happened. Perhaps this Bank is not committed to serving all people who are members of the public? This is never happened to me before at a bank. Sad to say that their service is so substandard. It really makes you wonder what is going on there.

This was my third branch today that I attempted to convert my son's Chase account. Although Chase allows walk-ins, this branch made up they had upcoming appointments. All the while, four employees were enjoying their private conversations. Will not be returning to this branch.

Account representative told me since I had someone linked I would not be charged service fees. Proceeded to charge me over $350 in service fees. When I asked them to close my checking account they closed both of my accounts and said they would send me a check. It's been two days and I have not received my check yet. I was a private client and they did not provide any private client services, but they still charged me the fees. Horrible bank, use a credit union.

Their ATM seems to trick me when I was trying to withdraw $1000 from my account, it got denied, although I had money in the bank, and I got a text from Chase Fraud saying I was making an attempt to get that money out, press Yes or No to reply, I thought it must have triggered me to click Yes, but I clicked No instead, now they locked my bank account and sent me another text saying they will send me a new card in the mail. Great job Chase, I can't use my debit card until I got your stupid replacement card, at least I still have a credit card to use for now

The most dirtiest chase bank ever.. they have no good customer service even after I spoke with the manager... they want u to make an appointment just to open an account ..

The drive thru ATM is broken what seems like once a month and sometimes the branch is closed during posted business hours. If it wasnt close to my work I wouldn't even attempt to go here. I did talk to the branch manager once and he was helpful.
