At 11:05 am my girlfriend went inside to get herself a monster and when she asked the cashier if she could pay in cash and card— She told her that she doesn’t do that for “people like her”
Me and my girlfriend are Mexican Americans… Something is definitely wrong with this establishment if they are hiring people with that mentality.

I usually always get my gas here. Convenient location. Gas pumps and overall spacing layout are good for filling RVs or people pulling travel trailers and 5th-wheel trailers. Plenty of space, especially on the end rows, and a large area in the back to turn. It's wide enough and you end up turning in a direction to avoid tail-swing and hitting a bollard post, and there's enough room to pull straight forward past the pumps before making your left turn around the back of the station to clear the pumps when towing long trailers. Probably the best access gas station in the area. They have an automated car wash for regular-sized vehicles.

Do not ruin your day by going to this gas station. I went and asked if I could you use their restroom I had to go really bad. I was not in there for not even a whole 2 minutes and the lady named Teresa bangs on the door and says ‘what are you doing in there?’ I was literally in the middle of handling my business and so I finished up and I walked out and I said ‘why are you rushing me out of the restroom?’ She said ‘because people do funny stuff in there.’ I said ‘that’s really rude and unprofessional.’ And there was another female cashier who then says ‘well you’re suppose to buy something.’ I proceeded to walk to my car and Teresa is like coming after me insulting me and then she flicked me off. Those ladies should not be working dealing with people. You are not suppose to treat people this way. It’s unacceptable and I will be calling corporate and complaining. I felt like I was harassed and discriminated against.

Horrible customer service. I would give zero stars if possible. The cashier was so rude and threatened to call a tow truck. I pulled into their parking lot to finish a call that I received while driving, I was not there more than 7 minutes. Chevron's corporate office should know how this owner and cashier are destroying the reputation of Chevron. I will not be putting gas at any Chevron station again.

Very bad service I always put gas from here and one time I came to put use their air to put in my tires they denied it saying it’s only for customer after spending so much money in the gas station, never going back there anymore

Horrible customer service. A cashier named Tricia claimed to be the manager she’s is rude, disgusting, very disrespectful and unprofessional.
I just had a horrible experience with her for the second time in a row but after today I’m never going back there again and will make sure my family doesn’t go there either.
I hope the owner sees this message because he definitely needs to know what’s going on there. This cashier made other people leave right in front of my eyes today. She’s rude to everyone.

2411 Jamacha Rd. in El Cajon is a Fraud !
Avoid Using and purchasing their car wash! This business is charging customers the price of Premium Washes and providing a Budget Wash if you’re lucky because their machine does not work.
To add to this, they Fully Acknowledge that their car wash is technically malfunctioning and they are aware of that, yet they won’t close it and they won’t reimburse their customers either. The clerk is trained to accused the customer and will tell you “Maria” the manager will call you back to “reimburse you” lol. You will never get a call because “Maria” does not exist!! lol
A “BBB” report has been filed about this business’ scam.

Do not use this business. Spoke to Shelly / Maria and a overnight kid. 3 days of I am sorry there is nothing I can do. They collect my money and can't provide the service. If I want my money back I have to go to my bank and collect a proof they collected my money. High way robbery!

I frequently stop here at the same time usually around 3 pm and I’m certain the clerk recognizes me. However this is the 2nd time I pull up to pump gas and he states it is closed for a couple of minutes and walks out to get into his car. Idk if he is waiting to be relieved but I can’t imagine a gas station closing at 3pm in the afternoon I’ll have to count on a better staffed location like the Exxon down the road. SMH

I went for gas and a car wash and was charged for the wash at the pump and then afterwards find out the car wash is closed should of had a sign posting this at the pump had to go to the station down the street that charges 5.00 more for a wash
