Staff is always friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable whenever I’ve called the store or walked in. Their customer service is amazing, I can ask them any question on any of the products and they’ll give me their honest opinion.

None of the usual products I needed were in stock. There were new products that were in the store that were not there the last time but the items I had purchased previously from them they had not been restocked. I like having a professional only supply store to go to locally, just wish the supply issues would clear up.

I buy all of my beauty supply stuff here but right now they are pretty empty right now due to the issues with the manufacturers. It kinda sucks. Also I have noticed that since Sally beauty supply purchased them, prices have went up a bit.
