This cricket store is THE BEST out of all of them I've had cricket for years an most of the stores have been very accommodating in the past but as of late I've really had trouble finding one that would help me with my issues unless I was spending a ton of money there so I went to MONTES STORE on Washington and he was absolutely fantastic the phone I was trying to connect didnt work for cricket so instead of trying to sell me a new phone he gave me a number to an inexpensive phone repair store and I ended up only SPENDING 45$$$ INSTEAD an it's all thanks to monte I was super stressed so thank you for saving the day !!!

Monte was great. Went in for a new phone (Ovation) and he was helpful and knowledgeable. I was in and out in less the 15 mintues. Thanks Monte!

Monte was very knowledgeable and helped us trouble shot why my moms phone stopped working. Ranea was also fabulous and helped us pick out a new phone and set it up before we left. I don't personally have cricket but i was impressed and my mom was very happy.

I had the same experience as Jennifer below, but it went further. Apparently Monte must have an aversion to working with women. He made himself feel better by calling me old and fat and and disabled, and by not wanting to provide any customer service. Instead he yelled at me and waved his hands in a threatening manner high and in my face. I had two witnesses. I am Christian, so I only pray that his wife and any daughters do not ever get treated this way. All of this was just to cancel an account for an elder confused person of whom Monte wanted to keep taking advantage. With the arrival of the police I called, I finally got things straightened out. I do not recommend this store for service or cricket for a serious cell company. I've been with Verizon for over 25 years and there is a vast difference. I'd give this store a zero star rating if I could.

Who ever is working right now (Chaldean man I believe) is rude as ..... gave me an attitude like I was an inconvenience to have him do his job ..

I went in today to see about replacing my 'Obama Phone' because whoever gave me the phone (at those stands on the street) screwed up my info so much I could no longer get service for free, even though I am eligible. I explained that I had already sat on hold to the provider for 25 minutes and given up. Even so, the young man diligently went about pursuing my info so he could provide me a phone at no cost. As it turned out 40 minutes on hold proved a waste of time because the phone was not even in my name! In spite of my having the phone for 3 months already. I bought the lowest cost phone, for $29.99 which is a marked improvemen, and they transferred all of my contacts, and signed me up for a discount which will reduce my monthly charge by $25 after 70 days or so. Really nice, helpful and pleasant clerk and owner in the store. Good job guys!
