There is this Asian guy who works there was giving me attitude at the drive way. He was talking to me very rude and not professional like he doesn't want to be at work. I told the lady with him to tell him not to be rude and not to talk that way to people and I drove off.

The worst service and always rejecting people without trying or give much explanation. They are lazy and need better training. For me, it's the going out of the way to help but not these guys. They'll give you the basic effort and won't work to get you your meds. I used them because I live down the street. Switching ASAP.

This pharmacy never has my prescription for days after doc has ordered or not at all. There is definitely something going on here. @DHS and @ pharmaceutical board of pharmacies need a deep dive. DOJ take a good look they are stealing meds and insurance and co-pays just go stand in line and listen to the b.s. they tell every patient as to why they can't fill the med or in its entirety. This is malpractice! If I can't breathe and my doctor orders an inhaler they don't have till Tuesday yet would not allow us to use another CVS! Get this sorted out or I start a class action! 0 stars

no idea how this pharmacy continues to exist. the pharmacist is always extremely rude and sometimes he seems like he is under the influence.

Horrible Horrible Pharmacist name Ali. Not sure how he got his degree. Other then waiting time 40 min. I asked him I am waiting for my new prescription to be doubled check by him so I can leave, He was so rude and answered: "I am walking around and don't have to talk to you" he said with loud voice, everyone heard him. As I know when you get new prescription, the pharmacist has to go throw your the instructions etc. But no He did not do his job. No consultation whatsoever. Bad customer service. The tech seems very depressed I wonder why? won't go again here.

Rite Aid across the street went out of business so I went to CVS- CVS is horrible my prepaid phone was emailed instead of printed and I'm in Nevada without a phone- I despise you CVS

Extremely rude female workers at the pharmacy they treat you like they’re from another planet. They have no manner I hope they learn some humanity. Cvs on chase!!

Several issues getting prescriptions filled due to poor oversight by pharmacist. Continual lack of supply for standard monthly prescriptions. Missed scanning out important meds. Just a headache all the way around.

If it had a zero star rating I would give it a 0. Absolutely worst customer service. What's worse is the pharmacist is middle eastern like me. I call and check on my refill date because it changes sometimes. When I called and asked for the date and was given that. I call on the date that was provided not by a regular staff member, but a pharmacist. Keep in mind, people know the dates of refill. When I called on the day I provided I got lucky and the same voice answered. Checked my credentials and then started to argue and tell me I was wrong and that he never gave me that date, which was only a day ahead.. what's worse is I already have some. I just want to know why I was provided two different dates. This man argues and argues. Not only did he say I was wrong he was stirring the conversation about how much I have left. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. Even the staff is very helpful. I feel like because he's a "pharmacist" he can talk and say what and how he wants. Here in America it doesn't work that way Ali. And yes his name is Ali.

Not at all helpful - have been going there for 3 years and have had 4-5 situations that have led me to needing to find another pharmacy. I only have 3 prescriptions that I have been on for years - and I realize that a change in insurance can create havoc but they are not helpful in working through such instances.Update. - I stupidly continued to get some of my prescriptions through this CVS - as well as my family members - big mistake. I have changed my rating of two stars to one star and only wish I could give negative stars. Interestingly with all of the sub par reviews they have not learned anything since my last post. Customer service is horrible, pharmacists are extremely rude and unhelpful, actually will go out of their way to make things more difficult-. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere- it’s worth driving a few extra miles to be treated like a human.

Not only is the 34 minutes wait for the drive-through pharmacy but you get a nasty attitude from the person behind the counter. Now I have to go back because my item was not ready!
