First and foremost I would like to thank an employee by the name of Trevor. I was limited on time to find some football cleats and luckily Trevor helped me out in less than a minute.It’s employees like that that stick out because even ten minutes before closing they don’t start packing their things but instead put their customers first.

I was referred by someone to go to this store to look at kayaks about a week ago. It turned out, they do not carry any inside the store!! Anyway, since I was there, I bought 2 items, and the cashier person was really nice. I had to go back to yesterday, and exchange one of the items because it did not fit. I got the same item in a different size, took it to check out, and had a bad experience. The person said my item was not on my receipt. I only bought 2 items, and they were on my receipt., but he insisted it was not! Really, well I looked carefully at the receipt, and apparently I realized that the cashier from last week scanned the tag of one item twice, even though they were different sizes and color?! I caught this error, BUT the person who was so sure that I had the wrong receipt, did not catch this?! Now, mind you, I have only visited this store once, since I am traveling in this area, so I would only have ONE receipt from this store. Visiting this store twice was a complete waste of my time, since again, the only reason I had originally visited this store was to look at kayaks!

Went in for some running shoes, the first person I talked to had asked me if I needed anything, I proceeded to tell him and he “went to grab them in my size.”
After about 10 min waiting my husband sees him sneak out, then just leave the store entirely. I then flagged someone else down and asked for their help, and I mentioned what happened when this guy said, “oh it was his time to go so…” but why leave me hanging like that? I get it you want to go home but why not be like, hey i actually have to clock out but someone else would be happy to help you… Just felt like the employees really don’t care. They’re only there for a paycheck. They also had no shoes in my size and it’s a Wednesday. Clean store though, good luck to ya, I think I’ll find another location.

After visiting today and seeing the other reviews, it's clear whoever is managing this store needs to be replaced. I felt so bad for the ONE helpful employee (Bailey) who helped me after waiting 20 minutes for my shoes (despite the section being empty, and the kiosk telling me it would be 2-3 minutes lol) and then as I was the only person standing in line two cashiers vanished into the ether instead of helping me check out with my single item. Wtf. Literally after 10 minutes of standing there watching the other customer try to bamboozle and talk her way into returning some items from forever ago, I had to say something and ask to be helped. A person who appeared to be a manager rudely said "there's only one cashier" instead of HELPING and I said "I've been waiting here so long that there were another 2 who left while I was standing here!" So Bailey, who was already dealing with this dreadful return situation, called me over and said she would help me. Why is there only one helpful person in the whole place? Shout out to BAILEY for being that helpful person. This store is a mess.

We always try this location and now we are officially done. Service is terrible. Never have sizes. Just refer us to the kiosk to check sizes. Then say oh we don't have it. When one employee said you do and so did kiosk. Like literally no training in customer service. We will go literally anywhere else and will not even support Dicks online.

Lmao so i've never been the type to leave reviews in all my life even if i've had bad service but I just got to say the customer service here is so terrible when it comes to pick up orders i'm not sure of her name but i think the lady who runs the pick up orders with the glasses was just flat out RUDE and didn't even want to give me the time of day. i work in customer service so i know the struggle but damn at least try to fake it i wasn't even pestering or being a karen at all i was just asking a simple question and to top it off the question i was asking about was in regards to my pick up order that got cancelled because they didn't have my "item in store" but when i go in the store i don't find just one but MULTIPLE of the item i was trying to purchase for pick up and she tells me "oh how'd you find it i didn't see them" like cmonnn i tried to hold my composure but they need some nicer management in there asap shout out to the guy who completed my purchase at the register he was nice

The store is normal and fine, the problem is when you need help from the employees. I asked for help and a basic question that he could check, he made a face, treated me with disrespect and told me to ask someone else. I’d rather buy online than to return to this location and receive the same treatment again.
